Initial effect of cleaning was good, however, dark shadow type spots are reappearing. This is the second time using Zerorez and in both instances the initial 'good' results of the cleaning were short lived. Noticeably shorter than when I've gone w/ a traditional carpet cleaning method. Not exactly sure why that is, but both my wife and I took notice around the same time +/- two weeks after cleaning. My family keeps the pets off the carpet and does not wear shoes on it either.

Also, I paid additional for application of a stain blocker/protectant and I'm now concerned that the protectant my have sealed in any existing soil. Or, my make it more difficult to extract any trapped soil.

Aside from being dissapointed by the lack of lasting results, I would like to give credit where credit is due, your service tech was very friendly and professional. A good representative for your company.

Brian Hamilton was extremely professional. He was prompt and courteous. It is nice to have someone come into my home who I believe is trustworthy and reliable as well as intelligent about carpet, furniture and best cleaning practices. He sold me additional product and showed me how to use it. The carpets look like brand new! Thank you for a job well done!

Dominik was wonderful. He got here late, but had two bigs jobs before.. I had changed the date of the cleaning, thus the late arrival time. He did a wonderful job. Very good worker. Did our garage floors which he had not done before. They came out beautiful. We have the house on the market, but if we don't sell and move out of the area, will definely use your company again.

You have a good service that really does a good job.

I couldn't believe how quickly my couches dried after they were cleaned. The products used do not create any kind of lingering smell, and they did not make my cushions "crunchy". The couches just look and feel clean. Also, the price is much cheaper than other companies, and Zerorez does a much better job. I will no longer use anyone else.

You only use water. It is quick, economical and NOT high pressure.

Very easy to get the appointment date and time I needed and wanted. Carpets looked better than they have since I moved into my new home just over a year ago, too bad I didn't know about this company then. Will definitely use again....

There are a few areas that were quite soiled. They're high traffic areas and I didn't expect them to look brand new. However, they don't look like they were cleaned at all. Your employees were polite, but they seemed in a hurry. They didn't pretreat the areas mentioned. The other times I've had the carpet cleaned they pretreat the worst area. I was disappointed. The rest looks fine and I do like that the carpet doesn't feel hard. Overall though, I don't think I would recommend you. I did send you an email on that same day and got no response.

The technician arived on time was very nice and professional. I'll never use another carpet cleaning service. The carpets have never looked better! THank you SO much for a job well done.

First of all I expected 3 rooms to be cleaned, understanding that each room could not be more than 300 sq. ft. If a room was over this amount it would be counted as 2. now have used zero Rez since the beginning , I've always paid more than what was quoted on phone and have always paid for anything extra! This time when your technician arrived I wanted the stone in my kitchen family room cleaned. I was told by the one in charge that it's not 3 rooms and that the 300 sqs. Does not apply , they clean 3 AREAS and he counted this ar a kitchen dining room and living area. WE had a disagreement about this and I called your office. They cleaned. This area, not really completing the AREA! This took them a total of 20 min. After they left I measured this space in it's entirety . It comes to a total of 357 sq ft. And contains a 9X12 rug and a 5X9 island . You should be able to deduce it was not much of an area to cover, but even if it counted as 2 rooms I would have excepted that and at least had an opportunity to get an additional space done, but no that was not the case! I paid them for the so called 3 rooms. I called and asked to speak to some one in charge . I was referred to your quality control person, a message to call me was given. I called 3 times, I've yet to receive that call back! If in fact your offer was for 3 AREAS you should advertise it that way. Personally I feel totally ripped off. I paid to have a 20 min floor wash $143.00! Frankly ONce your person in charge discovered I was not going for the $600.00 plus he quoted he was argumentative and said he was just following company instructions. Needless to say I'm more than disappointed and will not refer or call AGAIN! Christine Last name removed

Your technician was very through,extremely professional and had a very pleasant manner. He did an amazing job. Please, let his supervisor know he is a valuable worker and should be commended for this. The product was amazing my tile floor looked brand new and believe me it was a disaster before the cleaning, the rugs are also very clean, considering they are quite old. I will definitely recommend your business to others and use you again...just sorry I did not have your company out sooner.

My carpeting is cleaner than it ever was with other cleaning methods in the market. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Your tile/grout service is also top notch. Zerorez will continue to care for my flooring.

The person who came to do my floor was a pushy sales person. I was told I must seal my grout. That cost me over $100 above what was advertised. I learned today if my grout needed to besealed I could of done it less then $20. I wish your company would of been up front with me.

I felt that my furniture was very clean and dried fast!

If an error occurs during service, please offer the customer a discount for the trouble. Also, carpets took far longer to dry than expected.

Better pricing for the quality of work. The carpet felt a bit stiff once it was dry. I misunderstood the concept thinking there would be "zero" residue left behind.

Don't charge travel fee. Get trucks available in Northwest valley.

We have used your service for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. Extraordinary quality in service and customer care has always been our experience. Our carpet and furniture looks like new.

Your whole process was very professional--from booking our appt. to our technician's thorough figuring & explanation of our estimate upon arrival, and of course the cleaning service itself. Had all our tile & majority of carpeting cleaned and it all looks practically like new (they are 15 years old!). Carpets are soft & fluffy and dried much faster than any other cleaners we have used. There's no sticky residue feel or chemical smell left behind. We will use again whenever services needed & will highly recommend them to others--great job!
