Albert very knowledgable and courteous/ Jeff cleaned and prepped very well. impressed with up to date truck mount equipment/ will definitly use in the future. No bait and switch tactics/ very professional appearance. people next door inquired and recieved imediate service when my clients home was cleaned. overall process start to finish impressive/ real stand-out organization.
The amount of water that was left behind was very surprising. I am a real estate broker of 15 yers and I have seen a lot of carpets cleaned. My carpets were still wet today from yesterday's cleaning. My carpets have been cleaned before and I know they were properly installed because I had them done. The amount of wrinkles in all the carpets was overwhelming when I arrived at the property today. I called the office and spoke with Rae and was basically told it was the carpet's fault. I have a company coming tomorrow to fit the carpets and will take before photos. If I have to pay to have these carpets put back the way they were we will have a problem. Not to mention the amount of social media and spreading of word. I hope tomorrow proves differently and I hope the carpets dry by tomorrow,
I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and there is still a spot on the carpet from my dog's drooling while she sleeps. It is lighter, but still there. I sent an email in reference to this earlier today asking if the spot would come up if I used the cleaner I bought from your company or would that area need to be cleaned again. I have not received an answer to that email. If someone can provide some guidance, I would appreciate the effort.

The technician took his time to thoroughly vacuum and clean the carpets in my home. He was very friendly and happy to answer any questions that I had for him. Our carpet turned out beautiful and my home did not smell musty either!! Our carpet has remained soft after 2 weeks of being cleaned too! Thank you very much!

Carpets came out cleaner than any other previous service. Even the high traffic areas. Our tech Josh Martinez. was polite, knowledgeable, and clean cut. I Would request him for my next service.
I was disappointed that a coffee or pop stain did not come out. I could still see it after the cleaning. There were a couple of other grease stains (?)that were missed altogether. The technician was very professional, I just don't think he saw them.
hallway should have cleaned like other rooms, not as clean.

Tech offered a very unsavory "deal" for cash..then coached me on what I would have to say if his office called to follow up. So unprofessional, and criminal to your reputation. Call me. Phone number removed

My carpets were cleaned better than any other company I have used over the last 40 years. Not having chemicals sprayed on my carpet is a must for my 1 year old granddaughter. The young man who came to my house was very nice, and spent time on the job. There were no hidden costs as I have experienced with other companies. Nicely done!

Lower your prices. Compared to other companies your services are very expensive. Do away with the $200.00 minimum. I was never informed of this over the phone and was a like irritated when the technician informed me of this the day of service. I had to get more rooms cleaned than i had originally planned just to meet the minimum.
