I like the fact there are no chemicals but it still gets the job done. The carpets look brand new!
Our carpet appears to be very clean; your technician was professional, got right to the job, and had a neat, clean appearance.

Mention the additional fees (i.e. topical pet treatment, etc.) via phone, not on the day of the appointment by the service tech.

This was the second time that I've had your company clean my carpets. The first time my carpets looked absolutely AMAZING!! This time I've noticed that there are still a couple of spots that he missed. Apparently there was a mix up with scheduling which made it so the technician was working over 12 hours that particular day (which I felt absolutely horrible about) but if he was unable to give my carpet 100% attention then I wish we would have rescheduled. I will definitely try your company one more time as I don't feel it would be fair to judge your company under these circumstances.

At first, I thought they did a good job - then the carpet dried crunchy. I was told that my carpet was really worn, so it would not come clean. I actually had runners down, so it wasn't really that worn. We were wondering if they used dirty water. One of the bedrooms was not even cleaned behind the door. In one of the rooms where there was a phone cord, is now a long dirty streak. They did not clean close to the base boards in any of the rooms. The staff was polite, but for what I had to pay, not worth it. How to make it right? I think a refund is in order. My boyfriend was going to use zerorez - not now. I won't use this company again, and I won't recommend zerorez to anyone.

It was fantastic. The guy that showed up, I believe his name was Albert, was excellent. He got stuff out of my carpet that I didn't even know existed. We had a spot on the carpet that had silly putty ground into it, don't ask how it got there in the first place, but he got that out with minimal effort. I was so surprised at how well it came out. Give that man a raise!

No Change. As soon as the carpet dried, dirt came back. No animal stuff, just normal traction. Spent a lot of money. Not happy. Employee was very pleasnt

Cleaned up very well and nearly restored my carpets to original look. And ZeroRez was able to put me on their cancellations waiting list and schedule me in after a cancellation one day before Thanksgiving day. Excellent service.

The cleaning process keeps the carpets cleaner longer than any other process. I usually only clean my carpets now about every 6 months. My carpets used to look dirty within a week after the other companies cleaned them. They put too many chemicals into their cleaning process.
Like the fact you use water only. No residue! No high pressure to purchase other services. I like to buy the water for other uses around the house too!
