no residue
that it is completely natural. You service man was very prompt and did a great job...However I think that $45.00 to clean an area rug when I have already contracted you to clean three rooms and the equipment is already hooked up and running was an EXCESSIVE CHARGE.
We had a great experience with your company. We built our home over 12 years ago and had upgraded carpet installed, which we hoped would stand the test of time. When it came time to get our carpets cleaned we asked around for a recommendation, but everyone we talked to said that their carpets were dirtier after getting a "professional" cleaning. So we continued to spot treat any mishaps and invested in an expensive high powered vacuum to care for our carpets. We did this for 12 plus years until hearing an ad on the radio for zerorez. The descriptions given about the process used intrigued me and I finally felt comfortable with trusting someone to clean the carpets the right way. I was not disappointed. 200 degree water and the power of a truck engine were just the right recipe to clean our carrots beautifully. Even one room where our puppy had some accidents is now visibly clean! I highly recommend Zerorez, they are THE best at what they do.
The young men who came to my house were on time and very professional. My carpet looks great! They got all the stains out and I couldn't be happier!
timely, no harsh chemicals, friendly, reasonably priced.
The stains do not reappear a month after the cleaning, and your staff members are very knowledgeable about the product.
My reasonable $120 carpet cleaning quickly turned into a $358 extravaganza. The tech was polite and helpful, but I didn't see triple the work for the upgrades. Yes, I added a 4th bedroom, but the spraying for pet in all the rooms and protection in one room seemed high. I was over a barrel and agreed to pay the extra.
If your upgrades seemed reasonable, I would score you higher.
Specular results ! Smart technician !
Always very amazed at how clean the floors and carpets are which speaks highly about the quality of your product and have always appreciated the proffesionalism of your technicians.
Personnel were courteous and efficient. Zerorez product seems to work well.
I really like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals and I am crazy about the Empowered Cleaning Fluid. Keith Kielholst, my service technician, gave me a spray bottle and cloth and told me to try it on my window that was so dirty. I went nuts cleaning the window (which was streakless after using the cleaner), my stainless steel refrig., stove top (which was so gunked up and I didn't know it) and numerous other areas. Naturally I bought the stuff. I told my neighbor about it, she tried it and love it too.
The way it cleans everything
the cushions on my dining room chairs were old and very dirty, they look brand new. You did a wonderful job on my carpets and Indian Rugs. Very pleased with everything.
The carpet cleaned very well, the only thing I didn't like, there were several spots that I cleaned after they left and there are still dark areas around baseboards. Over all the product was good.
On time, zerorez, and professional and good prices
Very good tech.
Clean, professional
The carpets were very clean- all spots removed. Person that came out was friendly and professional.
The wortk -- both your products and your efficient colleagues.
I like the fact that my carpets are very clean and look almost new and the fact of just using the water instead of soap and water like others do and that the carpet is nice and soft to walk on.
The technician did a great job and was very well versed on the company and their products.
Technicians were great! Very friendly and helpful, quick and thorough...my cleaning came out great and also got the musty smell out of my new house!
Fast effficient service and no chemicals
I like the way the carpet looks and feels after it was cleaned. The service rep was
very informative and gave me prices for everything up front.
Low toxicity
That it is all natural ingredients! They are always polite and professional!
you do a fantastic job
Zerorez management needs to congratulate Troy, the serviceman. Troy was thorough, did an excellant job in explaining the process and products, he was extremely professional, presented himself and the Company well, and he was pleasant. Troy needs recognition and deserves your Company's praise. Troy is the type of employee that every business owner wishes to have!
And, I've already recommended your Company to others.
My wife and I like the fact that Zerorez does not use any foreign chemicals; the cleaning process is non-toxic.
Special Note: Technician Andrew Yesul, once again, did a very fine job with the manner in which he cleaned our rugs.

My carpets were white when I moved into the home about 16 years ago. I had them cleaned periodically, but was never particularly motivated to have them cleaned, because it was expensive and they never looked like they had been cleaned. After not having them cleaned for about two years, and hearing the commercials on the radio, I thought I would give your company a try. My carpets are white. It has been a week and they still look just-cleaned. The two young men who did the job were nice and professional. I am very impressed.Laura
Excellent products that really cleaned my floors and even more excellent service by technician Troy!!!
