Great, friendly service. Kept us updated on appointment time. Carpets look and feel awesome and soft. Dried in no time at all.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Josh, was prompt and very pleasant. My carpet and tile were very dirty and came very clean. I thought the price was very competitive as well. I like that my carpet doesn't feel crunchy with soap residue.
I wasn't all that impressed with the job it did. I've seen others and done it myself and it was a little better than most.
Sadly this last time our family room carpet was not cleaned very well. The spot treatment was not sufficient on a light stain. Within in a half hour after the technican left the light stain reappeared to our disappointment.
The previous time the technician not only spot treat the area, he continued with the hot steam over the entire area many times until there was no residue left.
I am hesitant to have someone come out and retreat the carpet, but have set up an appointment. I can only hope that the second time around will sufice and that I can continue to recommened it to my friends of which I have done previously.

Our appointment was confirmed as expected, the technician arrived within the window stated, he exlpained things clearly, worked efficiently and was very professional.
You performed satisfactorily. I just don't understand how my hallway "grew" between visits. Either your technician was wrong in the past or your technician was wrong in the present.
Great Results
The carpet was cleaned the way I expected. He pre-treated it and then cleaned it in two directions. It was not soaking wet when finished.
I am sensitive to chemicals and for a short period of time I did not like the smell of something. That did not last long but was almost an issue.
I definitely will use the service again and have all ready scheduled my son's house to be cleaned.
The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was helpful and informative.
To add to this our carpet is 16 years old and when completed and dried looked like new.

The carpets came out beautifully, they are cleaner now than when we moved into our rental home. Our home now feels, and is, clean and bright! Your technician was wonderful, kind, and informative. Employees are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The cleaning process was terrific - no fumes to deal with for days after the cleaning. Your technician was delightful - crisp and clean - even when he was sweating profusely - and he knew exactly what he was doing. The process was to the point and was finished in much less time than previous companies. And, my carpets have stayed clean! No old residue coming out after they dried. I will definitely use you again and have already recommended you to a friend.
