Your product appears amazing, I have been using it on my stainless appliances,mirror's, granite counter tops and tile clean-up.I really like the way my carpets and tile look after you cleaned them. Your service people are very nice and I have recommended you to two of my friends; they already use you.
I was going to call, but decided just to give feedback in this survey. First I would like to say that Brian and Jeff did an excellent job at my home! They are truly an asset to your company. They were very professional and answered all questions that I had. The one negative comment I would like to make, is during the scheduling of my appointment I spoke to a Shelly on February 11, 2013. She quoted me a $263 total. She did not mention that a room over 300 ft. would be counted as two rooms and that landings within the staircase are more expensive. Therefore my cost was almost $30 more to get my carpet cleaned. This was very frustrating, and I would hope that this cost difference could be picked up this time.
I would definitely use Zerorez again, as I love the process & my carpet looks wonderful! I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT YOU SEND ME SOME BUSINESS CARDS, as Brian and Jeff had run out of cards. Thanks for the opportunity to give my feedback.
Our 18 yr.old carpeting looks better than it has for 10 years---we realize it's old, and we're trying to decide its replacement--wood or tile. So for now we are happy with the cleanliness, and that will buy us more time until we decide on the replacement.
The service rep was very clean-cut, and did a great job-- starting with "being-on-time"--WOW- what a concept!! I would definetely recommend your company to everyone. We feel very satisfied with everything.

Fantastic Technician and service my carpet really does like new again and because i always use Zerorez it always cleans up great Thanks to Mark and First name removed in the office she did a great job setting everything up.
He was pretty fast and efficient, The carpet looked better then when Stanly Steamer did it about a year and a half ago. I have to say no to that question below for privacy reasons. Sorry.

I like the fact that you are environmentaly safe, and that I am not left with chemical residue in my carpeting.
The carpet does not turn out crunchy. However, there is ONE THING I was not happy with at all. There is a white speckle spray left all over my black appliances AND on the hood of my black car. I had to have it removed professionally. Why is this?
my estimate was approximately $150 and my bill was quoted at $210; I thought my grout in the tile would be cleaner than it is after the experience. I have a home floor/tile cleaner that does not much different than what you did. I will not be recommending you to others.
