I really like how clean my tile looks and feels. I also like that Zerorez does not use chemicals in the cleaning solution. I bought both the empowered water and mop kit this time and look forward to trying it out. I also had the grout sealed, and although I didn't care for the smell of the sealant, the smell did not last long and it dried quickly. I think it was worth the extra cost to have the grout sealed to help preserve it and keep it looking new!
Troy was AMAZING!!! He worked hard, was very friendly and knowledgeable!! My carpets look soooooo good!!! I am giddy about the way they turned out and so grateful there was no chemicals placed on my carpets to get them clean and that my baby can now crawl around on clean carpets with zerorez-i-due :-)

I have used Zerorez twice not , but the first time was a better cleaning of the tile than this last time. I realize it was the end of the day and they were late from the previous job, but Andrew did a better job than the two person cleaning crew this last time. More than one spot was missed on the tile. Good service from the initial call until the techs had completed the work. I was informed the entire way of when they would arrive, which made scheduling my day much easier. The end result was outstanding, the carpet looked great and newer looking than before.
