How clean everything is.
First the cleaning was to be a suprise for my wife and I specifically asked you to not contact her and gave the appropriate email and phone numbers, unfortunately you contacted her.
Second, your associate seemed ignorant of what kind of tile I had in my home and disagreed with me even though he was incorrect. Lastly he was all too eager to nickle and dime me to run the cost up.
Well I listen to 94.5 kool and maria knight is always talking about the special if you mention her name. At the time I used you it was 119 for three rooms and I had to pay 134.00 The girl I talked to said there was no sale or promotion at the moment. Now it is 129. I liked the service but when you don't get the special you are told about it is uncomfortable and I should not have to make sure I get the right price.
The way it cleans.
Your technician Brian was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful with all my questions. I really liked that the product did not leave any smell like perfume or fragrance as these give me a headache. I was impressed with the product because it got all the pet stains from our carpet and left it looking almost new again. I will definately be using Zerorez to have my ceramic tile cleaned shortly. Thank you!!

The reason we chose zerorez is to clean our carpet. It did not remove the smell from our carpet that we are experiencing. Not to mention the woman my wife made the appointment with said it would remove those types of smells, based on personal experience. I feel like the guy got out carpet wet with hot water and that's it.

Communication. I was told I would be called 30 min before the tech would arrive and I was called 10min. Then when he was almost done I was called to be told he would be late.
Very professional,from start to finish.Carpets dryed quickly. I do think paperless should be an option.Most older customers may have a problem with all of this.

The technician was very polite. I'm comfortable with my kids playing on the rugs. My daughter can have sleepovers and we don't feel embarrassed about spots and smelly carpet. The carpets dried over night and they not crunchy like standard detergant carpet cleaners. I am very satisfied and would call them to clean my carpets again. Thank you Zero Rez:)

The specials they advertise on KMLE were a little misleading due to the fact we live in Anthem however, they were very friendly and did a nice job.

My carpet is the cleanest that has been in years, even though I have had it professionally cleaned on a regular basis. I can't tell you how pleased I am and will definitely refer your service to others.
Your $119.00 special is very misleading. You rate any room over 300 sq feet as two rooms, yet you only cleaned approximately 200 sq feet of the actual carpet. Two rooms which you measured, neither room was even 200 sq feet empty and by my estimate you cleaned only about 150 sq feet between the two. Very deceptive advertising. The tech Allan was very good and all he kept saying was it was a company policy. You should just charge by the sq foot, with a minimum charge and be upfront about it.
