Prompt,courteous and good work
We first had you clean just prior to Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the employees that came that day didn't do a very good job. They neglected to pre-treat the high traffic areas and the areas didn't get clean at all. However, when I let you know that I wasn't happy with the job they had done, you sent someone else out to clean it again. He was awesome. He agreed that they hadn't done a proper job and he went about setting it right. The carpet now looks amazing. He did a wonderful and professional job. I love that the carpet is soft instead of the rather "crunchy" feel that other cleaners leave on the carpet. I appreciate that nobody ever tried to make excuses for the original job. Very professional. Yes, I will use you again. And, I will recommend you to other family and friends. Thanks for a job well done.
It did a very good job without using harsh chemicals and the clean-up was very easy.
Well, the man who cleaned our carpet was VERY nice and friendly - so no complaints there. Our carpet now has areas of different colors all over it ...it was very dirty and now some parts are nice and clean but other places there are darker shades when you look at it from the side. It a shame because I thought I'd found the magic carpet cleaner when I heard about Zerores.
We've had other companies clean other carpets and never had these different shades. In fact we even did the cleaning ourselves and never had these different shades of colors. You asked - so I answered.

We were so impressed by how clean the carpet came. It is 12 years old and is in good shape however the travel areas were very dirty. The carpet looks practically new.

The technician was professional and on time. The "older" carpets came out great, looking almost new... and no dirty smell that you get when some companies clean carpets. As a Realtor®, I will definitely use Zerorez for my listings as well as for my personal home! Thanks for doing a great job!
Your marketing is great, but I thought your service guy was very professional. The most professional carpet cleaner I ever had...
Had my tile and grout cleaned...tech kept selling to apply sealant. Told him only if the grout was CLEAN because if it is not I will be stuck with crappy looking grout for 3 years...he assured me he would not leave without it being clean, so I sprang for the extra $140. Tech complimented me on how clean I keep my tile once the cleaning was underway. I thought good, now just get the grout clean. The sealer went on while things were still wet so I couldn't tell how it came out. After the floor dried I saw that I had multi-colored grout...some was lighter (clean) and some was darker (dirty). Now my floors really look dirty...before the cleaning they were all one color (dark).
You can't make it right because it's too late... the sealer is on. Also, I can't even try to fix the color differences or hire someone else because the sealer is permanent.
My wife and I were very impressed at how your "No Soap" water cleaning system cleaned the filthy carpet and grout in our rental house. Your technician (Mark) was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and he did a great job.
No chemicals...service techicians are extremely professional and go above and beyond.
