The Employee would not move 4 chairs sitting under the dining room table. I was not home when he started the job. My wife is 66 and has recently had a hip replacement.When I arrived, he was maneuvering around the chairs with the cleaner. I thought that was very strange.I questioned him about his poor judgement in working around the chairs.He said it was company policy.I thought it was total BS!He could have told my wife of the situation.

Red stain did not come out. I was able to get it out myself with Hydrogen Peroxide. Didnt even look like time was spent to try and remove it.

They did a good job & carpet is free of stains & smells fresh. However, seemed rather on the expensive side. One more cleaning by them & I could have a new area rug.

Zerorez has always been professional, courteous and efficient. They show up on time! That is a concept a lot of other companies don't find to be important. If they are delayed, they call and keep you informed as to the time change. They confirm the exact service they will provide and the exact cost before beginning the work. They do their job in a timely manner. As I am aware that Zerorez provides other services such as tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning, I also appreciate that they are not pushy/aggressive about selling other services to me.

I love how my carpets look and feel after being cleaned. The zerorez staff made sure they went out of their way to get our carpet free from pet problems. Speed and quick dry service

Did a great job on my tile, the service people were friendly and personable and the phone people were great.

This is the second time we used Zerorez. The price is fair, it's very convenient to schedule appointments, and service is timely and efficient. This time however I was disappointed to see that three spots did not get removed. I don't know if it was an issue with the stain itself or how it was treated, nevertheless this was disappointing. I question whether this treatment is effective enough for families with kids who are going to have normal carpet stains like drink spilts and tracked in dirt.

Your man was on time, polite & helpful. He really got stains out of the carpet that I thought would be nearly impossible. He helped w/ the furniture as both my husband & I are disabled. I felt the service was superior & will be using Zerorez in the future.

It's organic and no harsh chemical smell in the house. Had a problem with carpet buckling however 24 hours later the carpet laid back down and looked just fine. The cleaning was great.

Your professionalism and my carpets are extremely clean! I have never been disappointed with zerorez.

I requested 6 rooms fully aware that they had to be under 300 square feet. The guy questioned one of the rooms, and actually took out a measuring tape and measured it. My living room space was bigger than the room he questioned. The entry is tile, leads into family room, where the carpet meets the tile, is still dirty. He skipped the beginning of te family room. The other rooms were clearly much smaller than the allowed 300ft. I don't believe doing the small area connecting the family room to the entry would've been asking for too much. All I see when I walk in to my home is the dirty piece of carpet in the entry way. I could've went with a much cheaper carpet cleaning company, but I heard this company was outstsnding. I feel that you pay for what you get. The quality in majority of the rooms was good but they were also the ones that didn't need that much cleaning. I just felt that the main entry should've been included with the family room, and questioning a customer's judgement was fairly rude. I wanted to get my moms 3 rooms done too, but her carpets are much more worn than mine we're. I am not quite sure if this company would be able to do the outstanding job it claims to do.
