I like that the "empowered water" does not leave the carpet crusty. Also the tech rep was friendly and efficient.

Quality job, floors are always cleaner than I would expect them to be. The technician is always nice and done in a timely manor.
I liked the young man, Andrew Yesul, who cleaned our carpets. He explained the services in detail to me. He worked very hard for almost 3 hours, not taking breaks, or talking on his cell phone, etc. I was very pleased with his work. The carpets look great!

Our carpet was brand new about 8 months ago and we had some traffic areas that were getting dark. Zerorez got some of it out, but I can still see the dark spots. I could have used my carpet cleaner with water in it to do the same thing - for free.
The service was great and the tech was very personable and professional. I would like to see more options for less rooms.

I like the fact the carpets look great and our technician, Joel, arrived on time. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous.
The only issue we did have was that when the appointment was made, we were told that it was $25 extra for the room to get the pet stains out, but when our technician arrived, he told us it was $25 per spot. Because one room was especially soiled, it would have been too cost prohibitive to do the spot treatments. That was a disappointment. I wish the person on the phone said it was 25/spot.

Cannot accurately rate your products and services as I was not at my home when the carpets were cleaned. My sister-in-law was, and she says Zerorez did a good job and the carpets look great. You come highly recommended!!!
The Zeroez tech was on time and very thorough and the carpets looked amazing after he was done. I was also very pleased that the house didn't smell like chemicals but smelled clean and fresh. I recommend Zeroez without reservation.
Your prices are higher than anyoe elses.
Your technician was very nice and did everything he was supposed to. The worn areas at entrances to rooms still look the same as before, particularly in the family room, the highest-traffic room. Our carpet is about five years old. Maybe not fixable. In that way I'm disappointed but not blaming it on the cleaning process. Let me know if there's anything we can do. Thx, Name removed

How the carpets dry so fast--we had our carpet cleaned late in the day (6pm), yet within 3 hours it felt mostly dry.

Carpets looked great!! We loved that there were no harsh chemicals and carpets were left smelling good and they were soft and clean! Also like the drying technology! We liked that they were not soaking wet when they were finished!

I was quoted 366.00 for my carpets to be cleaned. When the cleaning was finished my carpets ended up
Costing me 499.00. I can understand it costing more for some
Of my rooms being larger but almost 150.00 more is ridiculous. Especially when you advertise that you clean 3 rooms for 129.00. I will NEVER refer your services to anyone I know!! In fact, I will make it a point to tell my friends that you overcharge your customers!!! You will not have my returned business!!
