Fast, clean smelling and good service.
The technician was so professional
always great service
My carpet actually looks clean afterwards, the drying time is decent.
From the moment I called to learn more about Zerorez I got quick, fast and helpful service. On the day of my appointment it everything went smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend working with this fine team of people.
I love that there are no harmful chemicals used to clean the carpets. My carpets feel soft (and look incredible) instead of having that stiff feel from the soap residue
Very professional and every came out berter than expected
The carpet is nice and soft. No residue. Almost ALL of the stains are gone. My carpet looks better then when i first moved in!
Great customer service; honest approach to what is/is not possible; great in-depth, up-front questions to determine needs and approximate cost.
No chemicals; customer service; dry time
Technicians are very professional and do a very good job.
The technician was prompt and very professional, and the cleaning made our carpets look amazing!
Jeff was a great technician, it was obvious he cared about what I needed and he worked hard to make sure our carpets were as clean as possible. He also took time to explain how Zerorez is different and answered all my questions.
Fast and efficient job !
It works as advertised! We are amazed at how good our tile looks!
Harsh chemicals are not used. The carpet was revived and I'm comfortable with the results
Prompt arrival. Very professional. Everything looks fabulous.
Your employees are like the people working at Disneyland. They are clean cut and well groomed and they project a professional appearance. They are courteous, engaging, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are welcome in my home!
No chemicals used. Carpet is soft after the cleaning not hard @ crunchy like with traditional carpet cleaning
solutions. Service techs are polite & professional. Appreciate the notification phone call when tech is 10 min
from arriving @ the house.
good service and great products. carpets are so soft and dry fairly quick. thanks.
Fast effective at a food price
The products are amazing and the Tech.was outstanding.I have never seen a man work so hard to please the customer
Professionalism, on time and fast.
Professional service from start to finish.
The carpet dried fast, cleaned all my dirt spots, even the blood spots from my cat killing a bird in my bedroom. No annoying smells. The sofa and love seat look brand new. The men explained every thing that they were going to do and were very courteous with a good sense of humor. I will certainly use this service again and recommend it to all of my friends.
I like the fact that everytime I have Zerorez out to clean, I know that it's a true cleaning. I've cleaned my own carpets and all it does leave more soap in the carpet.
I have had carpet and tile cleaned twice. Each time it has looked great. The person answering the phone to the one cleaning the carpet have all been friendly.
no chemicals
