Arrived when you said you would. No hidden charges. Carpets are just like new when you finished ( No crunchy, stiff residue).

I loved the carpets, and your team was very professional, they did a wonderful job.
But when it came to the tile (and it was dirty) I wish that they could have paid more attention to the way it was left becuase there were spots that looked that it hadn't been cleaned or it needed another pass with the cleaning machine.

I will probably clean the tile myself but I will definately use zerorez for carpets 100% of the time.

John was very nice as well as professional. Unfortunately he was unable to get the carpet completely clean in areas. I am having the manufacturer's rep take a look at it to see if they can clean it or if it will need to be replaced. The carpet is only a year old.

This process was way too expensive and not at all better than the chemical cleaners! The $50 kit for subsequent spots does NOT work and I would like my money back! I give it a ZERO!!

I like that Zerorez is non-toxic for my pets and my carpets look new again when their team is done cleaning them!

this is our second time using Zerorez and to be perfectly honest, I wasn't really all that impressed with the first cleaning, we entertain a lot and our carpets really take a beating. We've always used a well know carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets quarterly in the past. the first time we had Zerorez out, I thought, eeh, doesn't feel or look any different then the other guys. We just had a huge shindig for Thanksgiving, 38 adults and 12 kids, all laughing, eating , drinking and spilling. Our carpets were a disaster! ! ! I husband insisted on calling Zerorez, he really likes the water. OMG, what a difference, my carpets and padding look and feel like new. Plumpie and soft, it just took a little more to get all the garbage from the other company, all I know is I'm hooked for life. We won't go anywhere else to get our carpets cleaned. . . .

not real impressed with the cleaning process. i guess it takes soaps to clean, i dont think my "high traffic" areas were out of the ordinary but maybe.

Dried quickly no odor and most of all the employees. I think his name was Eric. Explained everything he did. He also informed me of a broken tile that I forgot to mention to him. I had spilled red finger nail polish on the tile 8 years ago and he almost got all of it up in the grout. It took a few calls before I could schedule a appt because I was continuous told your company doesn't travel too Wittmann even after I out offered to pay extra. Happy holidays to you and tours.
