Ryan did a nice job - have no comment on products, but carpeting feels a bit stiff.

We like the idea of no residue being left behind, no toxic cleaning products and a professional job. Your employee, Troy, was very professional, pleasant, thorough, and on time. He made recommendations for the protection product afterwards but wasn't pushy. The carpeted areas looked fresh and clean.

I have one concern though. We had one bedroom completely empty with no traffic since the cleaning. We purchased a new Hoover vacuum with great suction, as ours died the day we had carpets cleaned. WE vacuumed the room 6 days after the cleaning and were amazed at how much dirt came out of the carpet. All other carpet areas collected relatively very little dirt. We could see it thru the canister.

Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpet. There are not a lot of chemicals and my carpet isn't soaked for days afterwards. The technicians were very professional and helpful as we discussed a couple of stains.

Although most of the carpet areas were cleaned well, there are two small areas that don't look good. The soil level for these areas was the same as some that cleaned well. I was told by the technician that I could not ask you to fix anything without paying again so I did not call. Actually I'm glad you sent me this feedback request. Hopefully you will want to fix this.

The two guys were great,
My carpets were in pretty good shape going in . they carpets felt a little crunchy the next morning. We vacuumed them and that help.

I like that the product you use is empowered water and safe for the environment. It dries quickly and it looks really nice! It lasts a long time and doesn't smell like chemicals in my home when you are done.
