Great value, caring team.
You didn't keep your appointment for me. SOmeone called me on 1/21 to confirm the appointment and said you'd be at the house on 1/23 between 1 - 3pm and I gave them the garage keypad code. When I checked back on 1/24 because I didn't receive a request for payment, I was told that the appointment was cancelled on 1/21. I was frustrated because I had a tenant moving in the next morning at 9:30am. You did get someone out that evening and the carpet was only a little damp when the tenant moved in, however it created stress for me.

It works
I first had my tile cleaned this past summer and felt the work was very thorough for the price. I was so pleased that I had my carpets cleaned this past Monday 1/21 and he was very professional and did an excellent job! I will definitely continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Efficient on-time friendly service done with absolute care of my home.
I was happy that the pet urine stains are no longer noticable; however, the house now smells like urine. With other companies I the stains have been removed and there isn't a lastly odor. I don't know what you can do to "make things right".
I already applied to an earlier feedback request; however, I will restate that every aspect of your service, product line, and employee contact was 100% on target. I will use your service again, and strongly recommend it to all.

When you advertise 3 rooms for $119.00 and you meet the requirement for two of the rooms and want perhaps the entry done or just the walking area of another one should be allowed to use that as the third room.
The communication and the quality of work. Technicians are courteous and friendly.
Did not like the fact that we were quoted $40 to clean an area rug and when we hesitated they dropped it to $20. Otherwise we would have rated it a 9.
Our couch that was just recently cleaned, has a few spots that needed further attention, but over all it is a very nice job. I do relize that the calls you had made to me you were asking to call you back and to confirm. Unfortunatly, my phone completely died and a new one had to be gotten. I am very sorry that I did not get to you and to confirm as I had no way to do so. A little pricey, but the couch needed your service very much so.
Johnathon was great, very polite and professional. He did a fantastic job. The only thing was, the carpet was really wet for 24 hours. I liked th service and the results with the exception of how long it took to dry.

No soap, promptness with appointments, friendly staff.
Phone estimate $275.00. Reps amount after walking the house, $474.00. Wow !!! Would not have used Zerorez if the phone estimate was anywhere close to the reps number. We had $300.00 budgeted for the carpet cleaning.The house was empty and we had our furniture being delivered the next day. To late to find another company. So, here we have 60% of our carpets cleaned and our furniture is moved in. Big disappointment....

Its funny, it was almost three years from the last i had my carpet cleaned, this time the Tech, did an outstanding job, last time i had to call them back to re-clean some areas.
I've had other carpet cleaners and the spots come back shortly after the grace period. Zerorez keeps them at bay for several months. I've had you out to my house twice and I will call back the next time I need service and yes, I have recommended you to friends.
