The service was PERFECT, the product used was Great.
The technician, Josh, was early, very courteous, and also very knowledgeable about what my floors needed to be cleaned. He took the time to explain to me we my floors were so dirty. Josh, explainedhow to best prevent the se thing from happening again. Zerorez was already well rated but josh made my experience THAT much better!! I will never use anyone else again!

Casey was very friendly and helpful, but he did not give me any instructions about how long it would take for the carpet to dry, should I vacuum it or not, etc.

We would like to leave you with a little note concerning the cleaning of our tile and grout on April 6, 2013. Your Technician, Bronson Figueroa, did a fantastic job with the cleaning! He was personable, conscientious, and knowledgeable; he definitely took pride in his work. It is comforting to know that, through Zerorez, we have a competent and reliable company whom we can count on for our rugs and tile cleaning needs.

Setting the appointment was easy. The technician arrived on schedule, explained every thing that he was doing. The price was right too
Amazed of how clean our carpets came out. Having never had them cleaned before, I was a little concerned about that. (We have 3 kids, 1 dog and 2 cats) They look amazing!! The service tech was very professional and friendly.
It is natural.
Technicians were awesome, kind, and knowledgeable. The outcome was amazing. There were spots in the carpet I never thought would come out, but Zerorez was able to get them out. The grout also cleaned up better than my expectations.

Customer service was wonderful to come back out and clean our carpets again but our first experience was disappointing. You could improve by doing it well the first time. Our second technician was amazing. We would refer him for sure!
