Its funny, it was almost three years from the last i had my carpet cleaned, this time the Tech, did an outstanding job, last time i had to call them back to re-clean some areas.
the carpet stays cleaner longer. traffic pattern does not appear right away as with other carpet cleaners.
I don't know about the products, but the service is very good.
Sorry it has taken me so long to reply..lots of Holiday company. The service I received was excellent. The young man that did my carpets was very sweet and courteous and did a wonderful job quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received. My friend Korissa Entringer used you with my recommendation and was just as happy with her service. My sister Kathi Burke-Heirbout will be calling in February for her carpets. Thank you for the excellant care. I will be calling you again.

Everything was very clean but have questions about carpet it is stiff and still shows the tracks left by cleaning equipment even after vacume twice. Makes me wonder how long before they go away or pickup dirt?

Too ridged prices, should have different prices for smaller homes for the thousands of snow birds that live here in smaller homes.

Good job ....... but this was an easy one ! Carpet looks good.
I think $85 for 15 min of cleaning on the recliner is too expensive.

No chemicals. I had an area really bad with pet urine. I wish I could have afforded the one treatment but did the topical one instead and the smell is still there.
Zerorez was able to fit me in the same day I called to get my carpets cleaned and the price was really good. Josh Martinez was my service technician and he was very thorough, fast, and pleasant.
I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a company who cleans carpets.
The workers called to say they were on the way. They cleaned the carpets in all the rooms and did their best to get the stains out. They eliminated even the older stains. The carpets looked very nice when finished.
