The technician, Joel, was excellent and was dedicated to doing a good job. My first thought was he was going to rush because it was late (5pm) and he would want to get out of there. But he stayed until 8:30 and said he had to work harder on some areas than others. He really seemed like he cared about how well he did on the job which you don't find much any more! The carpets and tile look GREAT. I am amazed at how well the process works and will use Zerorez for all my future cleaning needs. And the price is reasonable, not much higher than the traditional methods of cleaning.

The men who cleaned were very polite, neat,clean, no smoking (which I really liked. Also I liked the fact that when I walked on the carpet after the cleaning, drying, it was soft and felt good, instead of stiff.

The carpet looks great and the stains are pretty much all gone. Very impressed with service and outcome.
A pet stain did not come out very well, I don't think my technician went over it but one time, would have liked to see him go over it a couple of times. Other than that, my carpets look good and I will definitely use you again.
Maybe giving cost of tile sealing and cleaning up front at the time customer calls for a quote. You service man did a good job and was very informative.

The quality, cleanliness of the finished product.
No chemicals so no chemical smell in my house after service, prompt arrival time of service person, service person took care not to bang up the corners of my walls with the cleaning hoses, service person let me know about the special water you sell for spot cleaning in the future but wasn't pushy about selling it to me, the extra services I wanted to know about for pet stains were fully explained but not pushed on me to purchase, and my carpets that had been dirty from four kids and two dogs were clean after he left!!

Your representative was very polite and gave a great impression the way he was dressed and how he prsented himself. He was very informative an did an excellent job on our extremely soiled carpet, tile and furniture. We were totally surprised how well it all turned out.
