No smell left after cleaning. He worked very hard, was prompt and diligent.
Carpet looks great. Have also used for tile cleanig and it turned out amazing.
I like that they are natural. No chemical, just perfectly pH balanced water. I saw with my own eyes the results and they were amazing! I was also impressed with the powerful system of suction using the service truck motor. Cool.

You actually clean the carpet. There was no chemical odor. I actually wanted to walk on it barefooted.
The representative on the phone was helpful in coordinating my carpet cleaning appt with another company I had hired to stretch my carpet. Both appts on the same day ensured that I only had to move my furniture once. The service people were prompt & the job was done quickly. I am very pleased with my clean carpets.

Representative was very kind and explained the process to us. Also had us look at the first room he was working in to see how we liked it as that carpet had a bad traffic pattern.

The professional and courtesy of the carpet tech , the pet stains came out better that expected , and the high ph water really helps clean almost any service my friends and family were amazed how clean the carpet came and how quickly the carpet dried with no residue that attracts dirt

Excellent carpet cleaning (10) on first visit however, on the most recent visit, there was a a large stain (coffee spill) that was left practically untouched and the servicemen did not discuss the fact that it was not improved from their cleaning effort. I am unsatisfied with the second time I had zerorex clean my carpets.
When you first did the job,there was some discoloration left on a few tiles.
However, after you were contacted about the matter, you returned and did the job to
my satisfaction.

You do a great job, but I am not happy about the minimum trip charge. Somtimes I only need one room cleaned, and though I know there needs to be a minimum charge, I feel it is too high.
My technician Casey was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpets look brand new! It really was jaw dropping.
The gentleman who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Although very skeptical about carpet cleaning in general, I really do have to comment that as bad of shape as my carpets were in, he did an excellent job! Unfortunately, my previous tenants REALLY made a mess of my home, inlcuding several thousands of dollars in damage. It has taken me almost 4 months just to be able to live in my home again, and having the carpets cleaned by ZeroRez makes it feel like home again!
