What our clients think of us!

Before the rugs were cleaned, I thought I would have to replace them but I don't have to now! Server was very efficient and did a wonderful job on my rugs

The serviceman arrived on time, explained everything & did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I will probably have you do our bedroom carpets, & if you have a special, I want to have our 2 off-white couches cleaned. Thank you for doing such a good job.

I love the way my carpet feels after it's cleaned. I love the fact that the stains do not return.

no crunchiness in the carpet and it doesn't seem to get dirtier sooner afterwards.

The carpets always look & feel amazing after cleaning with zerorez. Technicians are always friendly, competent and efficient.

You were able to get me on the schedule immediately. The finished product looks awesome. The technician, Mitchell, was a true professional, courteous, and very hard working.

Exceeded expectations, very professional, Zerorez is our 'go to' company for carpet cleaning. Thank you for a good job as always.

I felt that while I loved the results it was too much money for this kind of service. I'm satisfied in every way but price.

You did everything you said you were going to do.
1.) Called me when you said you would - EVERY time!
2.) I wasn't there for the cleaning, when I got home my floors looked brand new - I couldn't believe how clean they got the grout. They even cleaned the hairspray off the tiles in the bath room!
I've been telling all my friends to use you! Thank you!

My carpets look like new!!! Our house is the house all the kids play at...and the carpets reflected that! But now they look brand new. I'm amazed at how great they look!

Everything!

I love that you get our carpet the cleanest ever! We had the grout cleaned the last time and it looks like new! Thank you Zerorez for the best job ever!! Would recommend you to anyone!! Joan

The carpets really wrinkled about an hour after the guy left and we were really concerned. About 2 hours later they were back flat again and very clean. It did take one room longer than 6 hours to dry, but the carpet was very nice looking when it did dry. We are looking forward to having clean carpets and hoping it last for few months.

great work , friendly, knowledgeable service man .

The technician was very knowledgable and courteous. He did a phenomenal job and the carpets are like new. They dried and feel soft just like the day we had them installed. He made some recommendations, but didn't try to push an up-sell. As a matter of fact, I didn't feel like I was being sold at all. The thought of using harsh chemicals on an expensive investment like our carpeting did not appeal to me. I loved the process and am very satisfied with the end result.
Thanks for a job well done!

rugs are clean and your two men were well mannerd and neatly dressed. Nothing like good service. Thank you. John Campagna

Carpet dried quickly...looks great.

Very impressed with not only how clean my carpets were...but how ALL "stains" were gone! Will use Zerorez again and recommend to all. Thanks for a great job. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
