I appreciated the knowledge of the tech. He was able to identify my carpet and give me tips for keeping it clean as well as getting furniture marks out of the carpet. I wasn't expecting that!

I was impressed with your service, particularly the fact that your process does not leave any telltale odors or residue on the carpets. I will refer zerorez to my friends and associates. I do wish that your pet stain treatment were a bit more affordable than a charge by the spot...as the carpet in this home had been soiled in multiple areas a long time ago.
