Products are straight-forward; can immediately see results. Technician had me view his work and he asked if I was satisfied or wanted anything gone over. Andrew Yesul was our technician - and the "Barry truck" was at our curb!! What fun. Andres did a great job and was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do. While I have had carpets done before by Zerorez, this was the first time I have had area rugs and runners cleaned. Wonderful! Andrew was a delight and I will be recommending him to my neighbor. I will probably have more work done when he is in the cul de saq (sofa and more area rugs).
explain the procedures and what is included on the phone before the appointment.
Bring more fans and dry the areas longer so everything is dried faster than i thought i was told it would be.

your fleible pricing is not consumer friendly. I got five different pricings for my small condo, including three while the tech was in my home. This does not instill confidence. The workmanship was very good, the ill will created by your pricing diminishes the good work done by your techs.

no crunchy carpet and it dries faster..my carpets actually LOOK cleaner than they have ever looked after cleaning before..
we paid extra for a special treatment and did the wrong room, after he came out of the wrong room, he said he thought it was the master bedroom. clearly it was not the master, and did not offer to correct his mistake and do the correct room, he said it would be extra. that was poor customer service.
the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and delivered a 100% of what she told me, the tech was polite, clean cut and pristine uniform. Loved the no brittle carpet after and how fast they dried.
Troy was very professional and thorough. He let me know exactly what he was doing and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect. I would definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend Troy. My carpets look and smell like new.
The traffic area in the master bedroom was cleaned. The man did a very thorough job.
First, I'll mention that the scheduling management is above average. I had 2 full days notice of the 2 hour window of the technician's arrival time. Much better than the 4 or even 8 hour appointment windows of some other service companies. And of course, he was on time.
One he got there, he looked at the carpets and made some suggestions about extra cleaning procedures for one room, where my dog had been waging chemical warfare on the carpet for weeks. I was initially hesitant about the extra cost for the super-intensive spot treatments, but after seeing how impressive the procedure is, and how diligently the technician executed it, I was glad I did it. I think he could have got the stink of the Devil himself out of that carpet. Carpet that I thought might have been beyond help now literally looks better than the day it was installed.
We hadn't had our carpets professionally cleaned in 6 years and they looked like it, but after Zerorez they look fantastic. The technician was very polite and explained everything before, during and after. The carpet dried quickly and without any sticky residue.
Leaves no residue on carpets. The Technicians take the time to protect walls and corners before they start thier work. Technician was very professional, friendly and explained the different carpet treatments.

Your very informative service man. Albert did a great job. tried very hard to get the smells out of the carpet. He keep me informed on what he was doing and why. the back bedroom that had no pet pee, smelled so fresh and clean when he was done with that room. i only wished the carpet in the livingroom and master bedroom was the same. but due to pet owners that did not take care of the carpet or the dogs and let them go on the carpet... we are going to have to take the carpet up and treat the cement and put new carpet down in thoses two rooms. but when it is time for carpets to be cleaned again yes you guys are the ones!!!
