Zerorez is the absolute best cleaning experience I have had over many years; results are crystal clear (I have white carpet and a black dog!). The carpet is soft and looks like it was just installed. No tacky residue or crunch after cleaning. I'm delighted. Thanks for selling a product that actually lives up to its advertisement.

I've been a Zerorez customer since 2008 and will only use this company for my carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning. The cleaning is very thorough, no "ghost stains" reappear as with other cleaning methods, and the service techs are knowledgable and professional

I think your pricing is a bit high compared to others but your serviceman was very nice and courteous.
