The technician was very nice and very careful with our furniture and walls. Carpet cleaned up nicely and most dried within 2-4 hours. One area which I was disappointed. We added on the cleaning of our kitchen chairs (4) for an additional charge. The end result was less than satisfactory. Did not see a noticeable improvement.
We had our carpets cleaned a week ago and, on the spur of the moment, had a sofa and loveseat cleaned as well. The carpet was cleaned well, all spots removed and traffic areas look so much better. There was no chemical odor and the drying time was less than 6 hours.
The fabric on the furniture is a single color, velvet-like texture and difficult to work with so it showed the track marks of the cleaning wand. Because they couldn't be brushed away after drying we called them back to ask what could be done. Cory, the original technician, returned, redid both pieces and took care to brush the nap of the fabric into place. They now look great.
I am so pleased with the professional attitude and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction that I'll definitely call them again.
There was no odor at all at any time; there was just a light citrus scent which was nice.

They make my carpet look like new. It's amazing what the "after" looks like. I also love the water to mop my tile floors with. It doesn't leave streaks.
Service man did more than was required.
We have had our carpet cleaned by several other companies and we have NEVER seen it look as great as when it was done by Zerorez. We also had our tile / grout cleaned and our floor looks amazing!

The object of the cleaning should b to get the carpet clean. The person who did our floors worked very hard and he covered every inch of the floor. However, there are always high traffic areas that may require additional cleaning. He didn't seem to try to do anything beyond a quick once over unless I asked him to. I would have paid extra to have it done right, but i felt he was in a hurry to get to his next appointment and let it go. He did do one area a second time at my request, but there were other spots which needed more.
The carpet is really clean and feels soft again!

I wanted a morning appointment & was told it would be between 10 & 12 noon. The day before I was told it would be between 1 & 3 which wasn't a time that we could be home. I was disappointed and had to reschedule for a morning appointment the next week. Again, the day before was told 1-3 p.m. and WE had to re-arrange our schedule.
Kirby was simply the best! He couldn't have been more helpful or more informative. He was respectful and polite and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. They look great and I have highly recommended him and Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Thanks. Cheryl
