Every time your employees came out from the quote to the cleaning and resealing of the granite tiles, they were professional, respectful, friendly and answered any questions I had. they were great!! When I called to schedule appointments the office staff was helpful and always called back in a timely manor and I received notice by phone on their arrival time. the floors look great they did a wonderful job.

Just leaves the carpet very clean and drys fast and the tech are friendly. The only thing I didn't like I made a morning appt and they told me that they where coming between 2pm-4pm.

I was told they would clean the carpet under the beds if accessible, it was. He didn't. I also asked the tech to tell me when he would be working in certain areas so I could move things, he didn't. One tech was here. I added on furniture cleaning and spent alot of money, don't think I'd use again and you have 2 carpets of mine to be hand cleaned. I hope you do a better job with them!

The carpet looked so much brighter and cleaner than it did after other companies service. And I love the fact that soap was not used. Joel was very nice and did a great job.
I was very happy with Brian and CJ, the job they did, the way they communicated with me, their commitment to doing a good job and their professionalism. What I was not happy with was my contacts with your office personel. If I didn't want to try your service so badly, I would've not scheduled because of the initial phone call. Your girls act like they do not want to be at their job. They were not friendly nor happy to get my phone call. I work for a dentist and know how first impressions are made on that first phone call. There are dentists and carpet cleaning services galore to chose from. May I suggest your girls who answer your phones are trained to be excited that I am calling to use your services. The phone call I got to confirm my appointment was no better. Don't mean to be critical but after all the hype from the radio commercials I was surprised that it did not follow thru with your staff.
Tech was thorough in explanation of process. He was on time. Drying time was minimal and carpets look great.
After the carpet dried, our whole house smelled like a wet dog. We have attempted to call a couple of times but customer service has not called back.
Professional staff did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets.
