The serviceman was very professional and friendly. He was very neat about everything and made sure he put guards up around the corners. After we wrote the check he asked to see a drivers license. I took mine out and then asked if you gave a military discount and he said yes! I showed him my military ID card and got a 10% discount! We love companies that honor their military Thanks!
I chose zerorez specifically for the zero residue promise. After having the tile and grout cleaned there was a white chalky film over half of the grout lines on my floor. I was on my hands and knees scrubbing grout and mopping floors which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by having the floor professionally cleaned. I do not feel that my 242.00 was money well spent.

Tech was not too careful with the hoses across the threshold. Also, small rug appears a little "chewed" on one side.

I just thought for the money I paid Service was good but I saw the stains still there.The guy said they would come up no problem I still see all of them, and the carpet was just done Dissapointed about that. The guy was very nice

You are the first carpet cleaner I have ever used in 45 years that didn't move furniture or ESPECIALLY do the vacuuming. Every other time, they had a heavy duty commercial vacuum cleaner and did it themselves. The service guy was great, and my carpet looks and feels wonderful; tIme will tell if it will stay clean as promised. I am happy to be acquainted with your company. I like that there are no chemicals, its safe for my baby, and price is reasonable.
The tech showed us the difference in what was clean and dirty carpet. We were blown away at how he was able to get the stains out of our living room carpet. I feel like my daughters can now start crawling! Plus the tech was very friendly and professional. I tell people all the time that we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez.
It didn't take as long as other cleaners and dried relatively quickly. Also no odor or feeling of dampness.
