The clean is just like I have heard on the advertisement on the radio. I am a foster for a schnauzer dog rescue. After my cleaning the dogs were not able to find previous favorite place where they urinated. With 6 dogs in the house every new foster dog starts one of my dogs the marking ritual. Just hope this will continue stopping the urination. It's too soon to tell yet. And, all the stains came out with the extra cost of treating the carpet.

No chemical residue and the service people are knowlegable, helpful, clean cut and bonded.

High traffic area on bedroom carpet still not cleaned as well as expected.
Thought zero rez would be more effective.
Overall carpet areas look like they have less loft and texture.

Left run off water/chem puddles on my wood floor (didnt clean up after himself)
Pet treatment didnt do anything more on the smells. Carpet still has the pet urine smell to it.
Tech seemed to have rushed the job.
Tech didnt replace front yard landscaping gravel to the proper areas that the hose caused to go into the grass areas.
Very Unsatisfied and not even close to what advertisements/marketing I have seen.
