CARPETS WERE CLEAN!
Arrived on time. Technician was courteous and explained the cleaning process. Listened to my concerns and I love the way carpet turned out. Even got out the stins in the 'cat' room.
the pricing needs to be more specific----not up to just one employee in the field----just his opinion---I feel ripped off on the last visit---before I have been treated very fairly

carpet just didn't get as clean as I had hoped
the technician that cleaned our carpets was VERY nice. HOWEVER, after the carpet dried we were left with a large, crusty orange stain in the middle of our living room that wasn't there before. is there any way you can come back and try to get rid of it? also, i have new plants out front that were accidentally smashed by your cleaning hose so if you DO come back, could you be a little more careful? thank you.
