Drys quick, no odor, cleans well and stays clean for a long time.

The carpets were not cleaned to our expectations. Not all the stains were removed. The tech as supposed to arrive from 1-3 but showed up a little after 4. I'm not asking for a discount or refund. I simply wanted my carpets cleaned. Your advertisements oversold you on me. (Don't ge me wrong, the carpets were cleaned well but what I wanted removed remained.)

I feel that the job was very rushed and I don't feel like I received my money's worth. We bought a new house and wanted the carpets cleaned even though there wasnt many visible stains- I didn't follow the guy from room to room while he was working ... I honestly was SHOCKED when he said he was done. He was there for 2 1/2 hrs- it took me more than an hour to vacum so I don't see how he could have cleaned them that fast.

We decide to hold off on stairs and hall until after the move in. I planned to have you guys do the job but now rethinking that plan.

I was surprised because our friends were very happy and mentioned how thorough your company was when they did there house. They said when their house was done they person took there time and seemed very thorough. My friend said the person was at their house much longer and their house is much smaller.

My husband said the technician told him that was his last day with zeroeez and we were his last customer.he was nice but I have a feeling he did what he could to get it done as fast as possible.

If you want another chance to impress me- offer to redo what I already paid for if I hire you to do stairs, landing and hallway.

I was very happy with the service except one thing. I see in an email your company suggests vacuuming carpets before the technician arrives. So, I definitely dropped the ball there because I have 1 dog that is a long haired. Anyone that has owned a australian shepherd could tell you that these dogs leave hair everywhere even two minutes after vacuuming.

Let me get to the point though. When I called Zerorez to get my carpets cleaned I would never have imagined that something as simple as dog hair would throw off the whole cleaning process. It seems strange to me that pulling up dirt, oil, vomit, etc. is not a problem but something like dog hair is not doable. Like I mentioned, I neglected to read the email and that part is my fault, but I'm not very satisfied with a carpet cleaning company that prides themselves on cleaning carpets but admittedly is no match for dog hair. The technician tried what limited tools he had to handle the dog hair, but in the end he suggested for my girlfriend to clean up the dog hair and she ended up on her hands and knees collecting dog hair. The vacuum we use is no slouch either, but I was expecting an industrial grade carpet cleaning company to be able to handle something like this.

This was the first time I've used Zerorez, and I honestly don't know if I will be coming back for service just based on the fact that dog hair is too much for your technicians to handle.

Waste of time and money.. I am not certain the initial tech had a clue on what he was doing. Carpet is crunchy making me think that whatever was done was not correctly applied. And these are areas that didnt require treatment for the dog stains. Also, the $40 return check was a slap in the face.. Thanks.. Please dont bother calling me anymore.
