We also paid for two vehicles but one of them the front seats were completely missed

The tech was outstanding, very careful in my home, was very quick about the job, just thought the carpet would look a lttle brighter, the carpet was not that dirty, hoping for a cleaner look, but the carpet has been in for several years, white berber, but for the most part, the company did o.k.
Significantly improve your scheduling process.
Basically your product turned 2 very dirty white rugs into almost looking like new. I found that amazing. I didn't think you could get it that clean but you did and I am very pleased with the other rugs as well even though they where not as dirty. Nice work! I will certainly recommend your company. By the way your tech Albert really worked hard at getting those 2 very dirty rugs clean. If he hadn't done so I doubt it would be as clean as they are. Tell him thanks once again for me, and I hope you will remember this. I use to own a business that serviced Frys Electronics, Spencers, Best Buy, and G&E for TV repair. As a previous business owner I am very aware that if you do not have good employee's you don't have a business. So just remember that, and treat your employee's who work hard for you good. If you don't I guarantee you that you won't have a business one day. Take care Mark.

As advertised Zerorez cleaned our carpets without leaving our carpet wet or with the typical slippery residue of other carpet cleaners. The service technician was friendly and left our house smelling fresh and clean. The carpets were completely dry in about three hours. We would highly recommend this company!

I was impressed by everyone I dealt with at Zerorez...from the first phone call, talking with the person who set my appointment and gave me a very good idea what to expect in regards to their process & costs...to the technician (Bronson) was very knowledgeable about what he could do for us. He didn't try to oversell or surprise us with any extra fees, he just presented options that were completely up to our choice. He was efficient & precise in his task of cleaning things up. My carpets look fantastic! Almost like new, considering their age, & I am so happy I called Zerorez to clean my carpets. I will call them again, when I am ready for the next cleaning!

The service was outstanding. Ryan Morris was very professional and very kind. The products were definitely tops. Our carpeting all looked brand new when he finished. We are very pleased and thankful for both the service technician and the products used. This included the master bedroom, living room, dining room, 3 small stairs and an area rug in the family room. The rooms were first pretreated, then cleaned, and lastly sanitized.
I have pets, so I love that you do not use chemicals on the carpet, and that also leaves the carpet feeling so soft. Your technician was very nice and very professional. I will be using your services again.
