We asked the technician to pretreat 2 rooms with your pet odor solution. 1 room seems Ok, but the other room didn't improve at all. Disappointed.

As always the services performed by zerorez were awesome!! our carpets look amazing and the dog pee smell is gone :). Thank you so much for cutting us a deal being we just had the carpets done 1 week ago before vacation and then came home and the dog watcher did not do her job so the beautiful carpet was covered with multiple spots of pee!!!!! The worker who came out (Nick) tried his best to get the stains out of the carpet but the ammonia was so strong the carpets are stained for good ;(! Now, today found out that I dog peed AGAIN on the carpet...so I will be calling you guys for the third time :(. Does anyone want a dog..lol
Dirt doesn't cling to the carpet following cleaning and the service has been great. Ryan spent the time needed to do a fantastic job on a dirty carpet.

I like the way Wally and Shaun clean our carpet. I really loved the way they took the time to explain to us us what was going on and what they were doing.
Friendly and efficient. But, I think your radio ads are misleading. You advertise specials but when you call for an appt you find out that there are extra charges due to room size, stain treatments, and enviroment fees.
I have used zerorez 3 times now and every time they exceed my expectations. Once you try zererez you will her use any one else. They are the best .Excellent service.
Stain removal process-overall cleaning quality good but several stains had to be redone after your guys left
We had not had our carpeting clean for several years. Needless to say, our expectations were not too high. We thought the carpets would be clean but there would still be areas that would still show wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised how great the carpeting looked after the Techs were finished. We have already told a few of our friends about how pleased we were.
I've seen your products in action but I haven't had a chance to use them myself. Andrew and Mike were great representatives of Zerorez and I appreciate them and the job they did! I had already heard about Andrew from Michaelene Murphy who had witnessed his great service a week ago or so. Andrew demonstrated what the cleaning fluid can do and Mike supported everything he said; consequently, I purchased that, too. Andrew had called and asked if they could come early for their appointment because they had finished early and I was very happy about that. Thanks again for doing such a great job which I have heard about numerous times on KNIX. They swear by you and I do the same!! Thanks! Jan Ferguson
