The carpet feels soft & clean. The technician was courteous, professional and on time.
We have white carpeting which is very difficult to keep clean. It had a definite traffic pattern and the areas in front of our two favorite chairs that we use for watching television definitely showed that they were used every day since we are both retired and spend a lot of time in them. When the Zerorez technician finished, our carpet looked almost new again. The traffic pattern was barely visible and the areas in front of the chairs were unbelieveably clean. The carpeting is 7 years old and it was very surprising that it had that "new" look and felt so fluffy and clean. It's a pleasure just sitting and looking at it and being constantly amazed.

The little extras you charge. You do a good job, but the seat cushions on the sofa are part of the sofa. Paying the extra $ 20.00 was a concern. When people ask me about Zerorez I would suggest using them, but beware of extra cost.
I love the way my carpet feels after, like new, and no crunch or odor. Your employees are always frendly and don't make you feel like it is just a job.
The sales man quoted me $40 per spot of urine to remove. Why so much?
This was our 1st experience having our carpets professionally cleaned. Derek our service tech did a wonderful job cleaning our rooms and explaining how the product worked.

I like the idea of not using soap
The carpets were not as clean as other companies ive used would have had them. the only thing I can think of to make it right would be to come out and get out the pet pee odor in a couple areas.

Professional appearance at the door. Promptness. Call to let us know he was on his way. Went right to work after scoping the job. Steady worker. Explained where there were problems that could be resolved. The outline online explaining the expectations when he arrived. Courteous. Mostly, our nice clean, fresh-smelling home when he left.
The follow through on re confirming the appt date was great. The tech that did the service was as well!

how soft and clean the carpet is
The Service Tech, Eric, was very professional and did an excellent job. The product used to clean the carpet and rugs left them soft, restored and fresh smelling. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future for the carpet, tile grout and vehicle carpet. The process was seamless with no hassles and the result was better than any other service we have used. We are sold on Zerorez and highly recommend them.

I have used several carpet cleaning companies since living in San Tan Valley and NONE of them did a good job, after one time using Zerorez services I am sold on them as being the best carpet company around the services was great and friendly.
