Good overall clean
I liked the fact that I got an appointment reminder phone call as well as an email and then the phone call 15 minutes before arrival. I liked the appearance of the technicians, I liked that there are no chemicals in the cleaning process. I also liked that the technicians were personable and explained the cleaning process to me.
I was disappointed to find out the Zerorez has no special pricing on furniture cleaning, I thought it was rather expensive, but my furniture looks amazing.
I realize it is part of the business, but don't like the up-sell.
Both guys were very nice and polite, did a good job.
If the cost to protectant spray an area is a fixed $ ammount, great. don't change it. to make me feel guilty for not doing it all over.
That's why people don't want carpet people in the house. Scotchguard is not that expensive.
fast easy and the carpet feels great when dry
I heard of your $129 on a local Country station in Phoenix. I was looking to mainly have my family room cleaned but the offer was for 3 rooms. As soon as I called, I felt the bait and switch was on....I mentioned that I was interested in the $129 offer for 3 rooms and was looking for my family room, loft and stairs. The girl went on to say that the avg room space for the offer was 250sq ft and that if the rooms went over the the room price would kick in. She gave me the room rates and the rate per stair which came around $179. I said that I had no concerns of any of the areas being over 250 sq ft because I wasn't planning on moving out the furniture so technically, the space to clean would be much less.
The tech arrived around 830am....very clean, friendly and professional. I showed him the areas that I was interested in and said that he could just clean around the furniture and that I was mostly concerned with the walkway in the loft and the family room because of a visiting pet.
When the technician was complete, the carpets looked real nice and then he gave me a bill for $180....I was confused because not only did I not receive the $129 rate, it appeared that I received a full room rate charge and the family room and loft had sofas, loveseats and entertainment centers to go around. The technician told me then that the stairs were not part of the offer. This information was not made clear to me or I would have picked a bedroom over the stairs because like I mentioned, it was really the family room that I truly wanted with the exception of the top of stairs in the loft.
I ended up paying $50 more and then a week later, the special offer went down to $119.
The carpet still looks and feels good. I MAY reccommend Zerorez but will tell them to be very clear on the pricing.

The technician Shawn Baker who came to my house yesterday was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain services to me and how system works on my upholstery. This was very beneficial to me because the reason the company was at my home was from my cat deciding to make me couch his toilet. Shawn's knowledge of products and services helped me to better decide what was best for my couch. I am very satisfied with how my couch came clean and also the customer service I was provided. Great Job Shawn! Thanks to your time and service I am now able to relax when I get home on a 6 year old couch that feels brand new.
It made our 10 year old carpet look almost brand new.
My tile floor had streaks after it was cleaned and stains on the edges of the tiles where the original tech applied the grout sealer. When the techs came back to correct the situation, I expected them to damp mop the entire floor...instead they did only the minimum by only wiping the spots with streaks. They were not able to remove the stains left by the grout sealer, so I guess I am stuck with those!
