It was the service that blew me away. Both gentlemen were extremely professional taking great care with our home, cleaning it as if it was their own. They were friendly and highly informative. Without hesitation, I would recommend Zerorez to my friends as well as have them return for future cleaning.
The carpet and tile cleaning performed at our house was excellent. The cleaning techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was you sold my phone number to telemarketers. I so wish you wouldn't have done that.

The advertisements I've heard are correct! Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. As dirty as my carpets were, most all stains came up. There were a few stains left from a pet (declined pet treatment) and black asphalt stains at the front door, but everywhere else was perfect. The technicians were very courteous and explained the process throughout their cleaning. I will certainly call Zerores when my carpets once again need cleaning. Drying time was much faster than a previous carpet cleaner used.

Recommendations: (1) At the time one makes the appointment, the Zerorez representative should remind the client that Zerorez does not move any furniture. Also a pamphlet about the company and carpet care after cleaning would make an added touch.

This is my second time using Zerorez. The service is fast, no smell and very courteous personnel.
When the upholstery was done before, the fabric felt rough on my skin. I definately see and feel a softer fabric and now it glows; even though the 4 pieces are of dark colors.
Carpets came out great, very clean, and they are older, so I was happy with the results. They missed a master bedroom closet, but came back the next day and cleaned it, no issues or questions. Customer service was very good as well. Even though it was more expensive, it was worth it. Would use Zerorez again!
Appointment window was timely, all the work was thorough, carpets dried in a reasonable time, no noticeable strong aromas lingering from cleaning.
