Your staff is amazing. From setting an appointment to finishing the job, everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. I am horrible with names and apologize. I don't remember the name of the man that came to my home. He was terrific. Not only is my carpet clean, there is no more "pet accident" odor. He gave me great advice on keeping the carpet clean and in good condition. He worked hard to get the pet stains out (which he did). He also suggested putting a repellant on so we could avoid some of the new accidents that will happen. He was professional and personable. He also seemed to care about what I said and my concerns. He really seems to love his job and takes pride in his work. Please pass on my thanks and put it in his file. I will call on you again and recommend to anyone that asks. Thanks again. J. The representative who came out did a great job explaining the process and took his time to clean our floors. However- after $420- which I feel is a lot- I expected them to be REALLY clean- cleaner than when I clean them! But the same day walking barefoot my feet got dirty on the tile and it felt like there was a residue on the floor (it did not feel clean!- which it at LEAST feels when I clean them myself). And when we paid $120 to have the floors sealed- I did NOT expect the guy to use a $15.00 can of spray sealer, bend over and spray the grout! That I could easily do myself and save $100!! Overall while the staff was great- the product and the price do not match!

The technician was on time and very professional. Did an awesome job the tile and carpet looked like new after being cleaned by zerorez. I would highly recommend zerorez.
Very nice service reps. Extremely accommodating and very customer service driven. They arrived on time. We users them for cleaning of a property we recently moved from and will have clean carpets and floors in our new home.
The service was good and the rep was very thorough, however I wish you guys would move furniture like Coit. I had to move everything myself and it was very stressful. Then had to move it back. The other guys will move the large items or assist and then will offer to move it back if I want.

Who cleaned he was professional and did an excellent job .
the fact that you don't use soap. it dries in about 4 hours for me. the prompt calls about setting up time frame appts. the service called when he was on his way. i was very happy with the servicemen that came to my home. i have used zerorez several times. the cost is a little on the high side, but it doesn't stop me because of the quality of the cleaning.

I liked the way the products cleaned. We'll see how long the carpets stay clean. I especially liked the young man who did the cleaning. Very helpful, polite and did a good job.
Carpet came clean with no up sales
Everyone was friendly and called and show up when they said they would. Carpets look great!
I just expected more of the spots and stains to come out. Overall, the carpet looks much better, and I understand that not everything can be removed. Looked amazing when wet but after dried, was a disappointed that more of the trouble spots were not gone, especially when I paid much more to use Zerorez over other companies because of their great reputation.
Mitchell was great at explaining how product works. He was friendly and polite. He cleaned up any water that got on tile floor. I am so pleased with how carpets look!
Rugs looked like new.
