I especially appreciated the spot/pet treatment equipment. Have not seen this from any other carpet cleaning company. Corner guards a nice touch. Also, Derek was very professional and skilled. Lastly, our carpet dried much quicker than I had expected.

Several coffee stains were still visible after cleaning. I was told they would lighten as the carpet dried. The carpet was very wet. After drying it feels odd when walked on. High traffic areas are much cleaner though! The service tech was very professional!

Hidden costs. Thought it was going to be 143 for 3 rooms ended up paying just under 300 for 3 rooms a staircase and one area of grout. Why?!
