Your employee was amazing. He did the best job of any carpet cleaning worker at getting 2 really tough stains out. Our carpet is over 20 years old. It looks almost new today. You guys rock. You are not the cheapest by any means, but the extra price is well worth it.
The carpet came out great, the person who cleaned our carpets was wonderful. He got it done with no mess, no fuss. The person who called to set up the appointment was very good and helpful. However, the person I spoke to in the first place was so disinterested in my call I almost hung up.

Everything went exceptionally well. Techs were professional, seemed very knowledgable, and I was so pleased that they helped with some furniture moving, that I could not do.
However, through no fault of theirs, I think the amount of streaking and discoloration that remained may have been due to the lack of cleaning solution. That was a result of the truck not cooperating, apparently not producing enough cleaning solution to do an adequate job of cleaning and not due to the use of Mop and Glow, as I was told, especially since that product was used only 5 or 6 times and was told by a friend that they had used the same product for years on their tile and when Zerorez cleaned their tile, they did not incur leftover areas that would require another cleaning.
Other than the above issue, I was pleased with the end result.
The service was great I like the way the carpet feels soft not crunchy. Jeff who came to my house and did the job was very professional he was friendly and made sure that I was happy with the cleaning before he left.

The tile cleaning left refuse in the corners and several dirty water drippings on the white molding and on fresh painted cupboard doors that were drying in the living-room. I had to manually re-clean these places
Like that the products are eco-friendly, chemical free and safe for kids and pets. The carpets look awesome and the technician, Ryan, was great.
No matter what the promotion is, the hall doesn't count as a room, and is always extra. Area-wise, our hallway is no bigger than a room, but cost extra to clean.
The carpet was very dirty (hadn't been cleaned in 6 yrs) but after Zerorez, it looks good enough to sell the house!
