I have used Zerorez before and you were amazing... This time if was just ok
Everything so far....we'll see how the cleaning holds up. Also tech was great.
My experience with you was a delight from the first call to schedule an appointment to the gentlemen that cleaned my carpets & made them look new again! A top quality company in every way.
Several things:
1. Our tech, Casey was professional and explained everything.
2. Love that Zerorez is a "green" company.
3. Phone representatives were courteous, prompt and answered all questions.
4. Casey let me know that Zerorez offers tile and grout cleaning and sealing. A service I didn't realize Zerorez offered.
5. I have already recommended your company's service to one of our friends - Chris Skiba. Is there a referral program?
On time, got the carpets looking like new.
All associates know their business, and practice the 3 Ps of customer service (Polite, Professional, Personal). Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. No surprises related to estimate, and final bill. Carpet cleaned up wonderfully, and dried much faster than traditional methods

I really like that there is no residue or odor :) I feel like my carpet is truely clean! I used the cleaning water on my refrigerator, stove and dish washer. They look brand new!!
