The technician was great. Most times when you need cleaning services; companies send out "creepy" people but this time, it felt like having an old buddy visit.
I was impressed initially with setting up the appointment. the call from the technician before arrival. The tech (Tyler) set up bumpers at wall corners ,furniture, etc before starting. I was curious about the spray he used and he explained in detail. When the job was completed
had me check each room to make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. It was the best my carpets had looked since they were
installed. Zerorez is an efficient well organized company with a very good product reasonably priced. Tyler was an excellent representative I will be using them in the future.

You did a great job cleaning my carpets. The person who cleaned them set great expectations about what to expect. The previous owner of the home had the carpets cleaned by someone else, but zerorez was able to get them far cleaner.

I love the empowered water to clean my stainless steel appliances and countertops as well as the sanitation it provides. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician as well as his friendliness. He did a fine job on my carpets and they were soft when they dried. I will use Zerorez for future cleaning.

quick, efficient and not too expensive
not harsh smells after cleaning
A year ago we had a 2 couches and all of our floors done for under $500, this year we had an empty house and the floors done for almost triple the price.
Todd was probably the best technician we have ever had in our home to work on anything!!! He was clear,efficient......and extremely pleasant.
Could not have asked for a nicer, more personable service tech.
But…This tile, grout and carpet cleaning in a vacant house was to prepare it for sale.
I expected the grout to end up with a somewhat uniform color. This did not happen. If I had to pick a number, I should say it was 50% as clean as I expected. There are even small, very dark areas that could have been cleaned with a scrub brush in a few minutes.
The carpets were cleaned a little better. Three rooms with wool carpeting are now very nice. The lining room, with a light color nylon carpet still has a few small traffic areas that are not clean. I have cleaned the carpet in this room three times with my Hoover carpet cleaner and mild cleaning solution with much better results.
We have moved to a much smaller home and had planed to sell the carpet cleaner. We have it at the new house and plan to do our own carpets until we are no longer able.
As for grout cleaning, I believe the lady who helps us out would have been able to clean the tile better, with a scrub brush in a few hours.
So, the bottom line is that potential buyers will be viewing a home with non-uniformly cleaned grout and a living room carpet they know will have to cleaned again.

asked them to do a small area rug and they said additional 60 dollars, rug only cost 80 dollars and was small they should have knocked it out for free,would have taken them two minutes and i would have been very likely to recommend Zerorez.
