I called early in the morning and a kind helpful voice was on the other end of the line. She got me scheduled same day and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech arrived prior to the time frame I was given after calling first which was quite impressive. He was professional, willing to show me the process, and did a wonderful job. My carpets are so clean and no stains were left behind. Truly impressed...Zerorez definitely holds up to its advertisement. Thank you for being great! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

You have excellent technicians and products... Now if only the estimation $ process could be refined.
First off you called to say, "Is it OK?!? if we come EARLY?" Let me think about that, SURE!!!! Then when Tech was delayed a few minutes from when he said he'd be there, HE CALLED TO TELL ME! I mean not only will I give you a HUG through the Internet, how about a few KISSES too. The carpets look great and Zerorez was upfront about the charges. On a scale of 1 to 10 you desire a 12!!! Thanks for giving honest to good service.

AMAZING. We have 11 year old carpets and have had them cleaned several times. They basically were so bad I was embarrassed to have people over to our house. After you cleaned them, they look awesome and now I can finally invite friends over again. Not to mention the sweet hand drawn note that was sent to us even before our appointment. You guys are great. THANK YOU.

I liked the fact zerorez is a green company - no harsh chemicals or odors. The staff (Andrew & Andrew) were very knowledgeable & professional. Overall a great job done, I would recommend zerorez to everyone.

This was our second experience with Zerorez. Very pleased. Our carpet is ten years old. We have no pets nor children in the home. Yet, there are traffic patterns. One would have to really try and find the major traffic patterns. The carpet does not look ten years old. We are full time residents, so we are pleased with the cleaning and professionalism of the team.
Service representative did not make a strong impression.Was argument ive. when told we would have a free area cleaned for missing appointed time, he stated that should happen because of him being 15 minutes late. Did not move small stuff. Did not go around chair at top on landing, which was pointed out. Very disappointed in the service. Especially since Johnjay and Rich kept saying your service was the best in town.
Did,you a fantasic job on my daughters house. I will be calling you in June to do my home.
