Your technician was very professional in his actions, appearance, and speech, which is important. He worked efficiently and I believe he knew his job well. He wasn't a hard sell on the extras and respected my decisions. He did a good job cleaning my carpets, area rug, and Silestone counter and sealing it. I appreciated his advice on how to keep it in good condition. He would be welcome in my home in the future when I need another cleaning appointment.

Clean and efficient. Also, every Service Tech that has come out (and, we've had you out 4 or 5 times) has done an excellent job - consistently good service which is why we keep coming back to you and recommending you to others.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process on how the cleaning would be performed. I like how the company uses corner covers to protect the walls from being damaged by the hoses/equipment as they are working in the home. Also, the carpets turned out wonderful after the cleaning was complete.
