The high traffic areas still look dirty. The carpet is only 2 years old I thought that they would turn out better than they did

Our carpets look really clean, better than other times. This is the first time I have used Zerorez and it is much cleaner than the variety of others I have tried in the past. I also liked them technician, as he was very neat, clean, professional, nice and informative. My experience couldn't have been better, and he was on time.

The call in advance of the tech arriving. The tech's friendly but thorough approach to his job & in his explanations as to what to expect & what he was about to do. The carpets dried in a reasonable time & haven't looked this good in years. I especially appreciate that there's no stiffness to the carpet pile. Troy is courteous yet professional. I have already given his card to a neighbor.
What you do is a good job at cleaning our carpets. John was a careful but thorough employee.

THE PRODUCT DID A GREAT JOB. YOUR PERSON THAT DID THE CLEANING WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Had to ask employee to lift up the first piece of furniture (4 total) so that I could put his foam blocks under the legs...no moving of furniture due to injuries and possible damage, which is understandable, but could have OFFERED the blocks and SOME help for me as a 70 year old woman rather than me having to ask. Would have appreciated an explanation of cleaning process before he started...just something minor. Had to almost demand that he go over the hallway again because of his repeated insistence that it wouldn't make any difference due to wear; however, in my view, it DID make a difference. Just didn't appreciate the resistance. Some areas "crunchy" but don't know what that is since this is Zerorez. Sure it will go away when I go over it with the vacuum. Otherwise very satisfied. Bought a carpet rake. Love it. Employee was friendly.

The guy was on time, courteous, and busted his butt to get the job done. Carpets came out looking almost brand new and they are over 10 years old!
I was just a little disappointed in my traffic area's.
It's too soon to really tell with the carpet but it looks like the dirt is coming back where the traffic was the heaviest in the family room; and there were some places missed on the edges of the sectional.
No residue, friendly, knowledgeable and competent employees, professional company.
