Though the tech was nice, and he got a nice tip, I am a tad disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning. A few stains were missed. Can this be remedied?
The service is always friendly and professional! The quality of work is superior. The work ethic is excellent and cooperative. They are even willing and happy to address any issue you may have afterward, should there be an area that accidentally was missed. There is no attitude from a service tech if a revisit is required. I have openly spoken to my family, friends and co-workers about my love for Zerorez's service, work, results, and products used!
I was impressed that what you advertised was exactly what I got. By that I mean excellent service- your technician, Taylor Langston, explained the original service that I had wanted plus additional options that I might desire- without pressure. He, also, represented your company's image very well: neat and clean-cut, on-time, and did a wonderful job!

I love the results...........all, and I do mean ALL the stains are removed. I had your company clean my Mom's carpeting - at the time she had a bad case of macular degeneration and the spots throughtout the house were pretty bad, which, of course, she couldn't see. When the job was finished, the carpeting looked completely and totally new.........absolutely no stains left. That's impressive.....

The Empowered Water cleans great and doesn't leave any filmy residue. Our technician was great and extremely knowledgeable! We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

The carpet looks great. .I was just disappointed that I could only do one room..felt that the price and conversation ahead of time was very misleading. ..I also had said that I wanted a tile/grout demo but that did not happen :(

The thorough explanation of the basic services but the additional services, which I purchased for one room. The representative was knowledgable and was to give a detailed explanation of what the problem was, and how the proposed solution would work.
Our technician did an awesome job. He was fast, courteous and was very diligent in cleaning every inch of the areas we needed cleaned. The carpets dried pretty quickly, ALL of the stains came out, carpet is at least 4 shades lighter and the cleaning didn't leave a chemical smell in the house. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is thinking of having their carpets cleaned.

Products work and your employees are professionals. $119.00 for the entire valley is fine with me but you shouldn't charge more for residents of Cave Creek, just schedule Cave Creek for one or two days a month but don't penalize us.
