They way the adds run I expected the dark marks from shoes to be gone. The carpet is only 4 years old and only 3 adults walking on it so I didnt think the wear marks where so bad that they wouldn't be gone. Maybe I just expected too much but my family was disappointed also, they hear the same adds.
They are quick, very professional and leave the house 100% better than before they came.

The staff are so professional, and the carpet gets so clean and stays clean longer...it only seems logical that if you are cleaning only with water...no residue will remain to pick up and collect dirt...Name removed..Have used your service 5 times and have always been happy
