The tech knew what he was doing. Very friendly. Suggested additional pet service, but did not push it on me. He worked quickly and did a great job. We have several dogs, and in spite of the good job that was done, the landlord said she smelled 'dog' in 2 of the rooms. I spoke with a lady named Rai (sp) on the phone, and she was super helpful. A tech came back out and re-treated 2 rooms at no charge, even though only one of them had originally received the 'pet' treatment. Rai took care of contacting the landlord to set up a new appointment for the re-treatment and followed up to see if the odor had been taken care of. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and will definitely use them in the future!
I have been hearing about this company for quote a while, from the radio station I listen to (104.7), so when it came time to address the carpets in our home they were the first people I thought of. I was not at all convinced, they, or any similar company, would be able to get rid of the pet stains in one of our rooms. They proved me wrong and I am extremely happy with the result. I am a customer for life.....

The technician was friendly, he came within the time alotted. The product seemed to work on the stains.
The carpet looks clean in all areas, but the smell that remains is very unpleasant. They are giving off a smell of dirty, stale water. I was hoping it would resolve once they dried and it has been two days and it remains.
Fast an efficient. Up front about everything from the beginning. Sales associate on the phone was very nice and clear. Carpet cleaning associate was so kind! I didn't feel uncomfortable with a stranger in my home.
Technicians are always professional and friendly. I like not using soaps and chemicals. Carpets are clean.

What I didn't like was that your initial email to me states your techs don't move furniture. This time it wasn't an issue, since I hadn't moved in yet. But next time it might be an issue.

Natural quality of the product.
I have had zerorez here twice and am very happy with carpet and tile.. The techs really make the name and products good because they take there time and really clean. The first young man I think his name was brian,he is why I called again. This time we had Joseph.
