I like the zero residue. I wish I would get a copy of the invoice. Several times now I've asked for a copy emailed to me and they never email the invoice

The tech was very sprompt with his arrival time. He was very informative about the product and what set it apart from other companies. The wprk was completed in a timely manner amd he hamdled himself very professionally.
GREAT customer service. Nick and Trey were awesome. Very professional and great to work with. These guys knew their stuff! I had some very bad pet stains that they removed and my carpet looks brand new... which is awesome since I rent. I highly recommend them and zerorez!

Keith Keilholz came to clean our carpets to help with a persistent dog odor in our home ("wet dog" smell - not urine). He got down on his hands and knees in all of our rooms to actually smell the carpet in different areas. He thought the smell was not coming from our carpets, but probably from other areas (on the walls, in the vents, etc) and felt that cleaning the carpets may only make it worse. He called a supervisor (who was on vacation but gladly took his call and even spoke with me). They both recommended renting an ozone machine. We did that and it worked!!! Keith was committed to doing the right thing for us, even though that was not cleaning our carpet - the job he came to do. I wish all the people we have hired to help with our house were as thoughtful, knowledgeable, and honest as Keith. He could have done the easy thing and cleaned our carpet. He went above and beyond!! We are so thankful!!

The service was fast. The carpets dried relatively quickly. The carpets looked great. The best part is I know there isn't a residue. The technician was friendly and explained the process.
Employee worked quickly and there was no soapy residue left on the carpet.
