I was blown away by the level of service we received from Zerorez. The team was so personable when scheduling my appointment. You could tell they wanted more than just a one time transaction, they really want to build a relationship with their customers. Once onsite, they took the time to go over each of the areas with me and explained the protectant but without pressure to purchase. My carpet dried very fast and looks brand new! Even where there were puppy poo stains! My search for a great cleaning service are over. Thank you to everyone Zerorez!

I just called in to give everyone who spoke to me and handled my job today an “Atta boy!” because you all exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. From the first call at 7 this morning who got me right in and set up in an emergency cleaning, to the call back letting me know that someone cancelled and that they could move me up to an earlier time today , to the gal who called me to let me know that the technician would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, guess who pulled into my driveway and cleaned the carpets and dog vomit spots even better than my expectations! They're perfect! I have used you for years and will absolutely continue to use Zerorez. I just wanted to let someone higher up who is capable of passing out "Atta boys" know that everyone who handled my appointment today deserves an "Atta boy!" Phone people and technicians alike. And the dog is only using the back door from now on.
No harsh chemicals used so it is safe for families with small children.
Keith was waiting for me at the entrance to my development when I got home, as he was a bit early, but no problem! I pulled up and said I was his 4 PM appt. and he came right over. He was trying to remove a stain in my carpet and he did a really good job. Unfortunately, he could not get it all the way out, but not his fault (mine - I knocked the coffee over!) and he was very apologetic. The stain still looks much better than before and I am very happy with the service, effort and the attitude. Keith is a keeper for your company. Great outlook and help. THANK YOU!!! After my two recent experiences with you company, I am a customer for life!
I have highly recommended you to my daughter-in-law and a friend. My daughter-in-law said that she was told I would get a discount based on her using you in March. When I called about this I was told you no longer give referral discounts. That is fine if you changed your policy but I would think you would honor this because I called on it. So, I will continue to use your service but I'm not so inclined to tell others how great it is.

The tile was not cleaned at all. There were still cheerios on ground and dirt in some corners. We were pleased with the carpet but completely dissatisfied with tile in kitchen and bathrooms. For that reason we would not use nor recommend your service in future. When I pay good money for something to be done I would like it done right.
