Great Technician and very clean carpets.

I think you are pricey. I think other companies can do just as good a job at a lower cost.
I could breathe when it was done. and my carpets were fresher than when I moved in.
You came back to get the excess water out of carpet, left fan for a few hours and then returned and it still was not dry, but took the fan anyway. Still do not understand why so much water was not extracted out of carpet. My Mother is 95, could have slipped and failed; I consider that a liability issue.
We will return to Coit. You came as a recommendation from LW; I'm really surprised and your prices are quite high.
