Thorough job
How clean my carpets feel after they dry; not crunchy, just "dreamy." That and the fact that my carpets really do stay clean longer, meaning less scheduled cleanings, thus making your service affordable, where if I had to have you come out, say quarterly, the cost would be somewhat prohibitive for me.

The tech was great and my of a is so clean. It is soft and tells fresh, no sticky feeling.
I especially like the fact that you do not use soap to clean. I very much appreciate the extraction of dirt and bacteria. I don't want it left on top of my carpet to return and generate more dirt. I am pleased that your product is not harmful to pets.
