NON ALLERGIC---DOES A GREAT JOB--
Zerorez's two hour window of service was much better than the previous carpet cleaning company that cleaned my carpet. Their technician took the time to explain why their method delivers a superior level of clean. Although, there are no guarantees when it comes to the stains he was treating. He was able to lessen the stain visibility caused by another carpet cleaning company. That is what I asked for from the start. Thank you Zerorez!

The carpet is exceptional from what I witness 2 days after the initial cleaning! Second time I have gone with Zerorez and will continue to do business with the company.

Made it sound like you better then other companies and were experts at getting pet stains out of carpets but after spending over $200 with addled pet treatment the stains are still there . Very unhappy and I think I should get most of my money for not getting what u advertise .
Another tec came over to correct the problem and I was then told that the original tec should have never done the job cause there were too many stairs . Here again I am out $200 and my carpet looks the same. Not right at all.
