Carpets seem very clean and quick drying. Your technician Eddie Castillo was great and explained the processes and made suggestions to keep our carpet looking new.

Definitely no residue, no odor, and the carpet appears very clean. The technician was very professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. There was an area I wanted him to go over again and he had a great attitude about it and showed me that area was not really soiled but just a little worn down from foot traffic. Incidentally this is the third time I've used Zerorez to clean carpet--twice at this house and once at another house we have. And I'm happy to have a company now that I can rely on when our carpets need cleaning again.

I like the chemicals you use for carpet cleaning and the suction of the vaccuum was pretty tough! :) my carpets came out great but was a little bothered that a patch of my living space area was misse only because I had my furniture piled up in that section. :-( so there still are stains there. Other than that, great service and my carpet looks way better! :) thank you!

High quality and the service is personal, which is great.
The cleaning product took up old stains off an area rug and made it look like new again. The bedroom carpets were very soiled from a previous cleaning that left our carpet soaking wet for days. Our rep, Joe, was able to get them as clean as possible, leaving the carpets only slightly damp after cleaning. They were totally dry within 12 hours. (We have cut shag carpeting which is very thick.)
The service was excellent. Our rep, Joe, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He worked extra hard on cleaning two of our leather chairs. They came out beautifully!!

They work. Amazing transformation from dirty to like new. Professional and personable people doing the work and making sure we were informed and satisfied with the work being performed. we even had some supervisors come by to see everything was going well. This was not our first time using Zerorez service in our home and rental property. we will continue to use your company for our carpet and tile cleaning.

Very easy to set up appointment. I appreciated several follow-up calls/email; including call that Rep was about 15 minutes away. This showed me that Zerorez valued my time. Keith Keilholtz arrived promptly, greeted me with a big smile, explained the process thoroughly and what was being used to clean my carpets. He used corner protectors to make certain my furniture and walls wouldn't be damaged, which I also appreciated. He kept me informed of where he was throughout the carpet-cleaning process, and then went through each room with me when he was finished. The stains I had showed him originally were gone completely and my carpets have NEVER looked better. This was two days ago and I still haven't moved my furniture back into my carpeted rooms - they look too good! I thought Keith was positively awesome. Very professional and personable. The whole experience was excellent, and I will highly recommend Keith and Zerorez to my family and friends.

the rate that I was quoted did not include the "minimum fee." I was happy that they honored the quote they gave me but it would have been better to have the right information.
