Your cleaning system is superior to any I have used, and t 68 I have used a lot. I like the way my carpet feels and smells. It smells clean not like wet dirt. Some companies use so much water that they can't possibly get out that its is dry,its crunchy and smells like what a construction site smells like after they spray water to keep the dust down. Associates are always great, and so are the associated that make the appointments. Will never use anyone else - unless your not located there. My sister lives in Talent Oregon and there is no Zero res. Thanks again for my new carpet

No soap scum, just a nice soft citrus smell. Dries faster! Eddie who did ours was dressed very nice, friendly and professionally. Always put on boots when he entered the house. and then asked if we would like booties if we needed to walk to a shampooed room. I would give Eddie a 10 all round!

The carpet seemed cleaner than when I have had other carpet cleaning companies s come out. And they cleaned my husbands dirty recliner and it looked awesome! I didn't think it was possible to get it looking your again!

I was disappointed because I thought that the pee smell would be gone because I have 2 small dogs and it still there as of today actually a little stronger than normal .. I really thought i would be using you guys moving forward but thats not the case unless someone with your company made it right and actally recleaned it to make the smell go away . I really wish your guys product worked
