More competitive pricing. My Servicemaster tech cleans the same area of our house for $150 less. It's kind of a huge difference in price. I do like the fact that Zerorez is chemical free. Love that. But can't say that I could see a huge difference in the actual cleaning other than it did dry in an hour or two less. Overall, I was happy with the service and would not have a problem paying a little more, but it seems like a really big gap in price difference.

It got the job done in a timely professional manner.

Not sure how clean carpets really got. I have pretty tick carpet.

I like that my house does not smell like wet carpet or cleaners after they are serviced. They are just nice and clean with no overpowering odors lingering.

I love that my carpet is very clean, not sticky from chemicals. The person who came to clean is clean, takes extra care to cover his shoes, leaves everything exactly the way it was when he got there.

The Tech was great and thorough very professional in his explaining the process. As I mentioned today in our call Jace Martin will be back again to do the tile floors tomorrow.

I really like that the service is quick and thorough. The carper never looked better!

I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning and appreciated the fact that they do not push you into other options like pre-treatment of stains, and protective coatings etc. They came, cleaned my carpets very efficiently, he was very nice and he left me with beautifully cleaned carpets.

I like that my carpet is not wet for hours/days. Most of all, I like your employees. This is the second time you have cleaned my carpet and both times the techs are so nice and do such a great job. They are very concerned that I am satisfied with the job they have done. This would be the main reason I would recommend your company to my friends.

This experience was the best I have received from ANY carpet cleaning service (I’m over 60 years and had a lot of carpets cleaned).
At the point of the first contact with Keith at the front door he was the consummate professional. A good morning, an introduction, questions about the job, my expectations, and his intentions. Wow…I wish I could say that my employees handled themselves so professionally.

I’m sure I was a nuisance, but I found myself following Keith from room to room, discussing carpet cleaning, processes, and all those things about such matters that no one but those in the business understand. He was patient in answering my questions, thoughtful, and offered many professional opinions. All the while constantly working, cautious about marking up my walls, and always asking if I was happy with the results as he went from room to room. It was very obvious that he was proud of his work, the product he was using and the company for whom he worked. That says a lot about a company when the staff compliments the management and the operations. Again my compliments.

In our conversations Keith eluded to the cleaning solution and asked if I was aware that it was available in the bottle. No I wasn’t. Out to the truck for a sample bottle and rag. I’m in the sales business so using the ol ‘take the puppy home for a while’ routine is one I’m very familiar. I bit, “sure I’ll try it on these large windows I’ve been having trouble with”. BAM…worked great! Trying not to show too much emotion, I agree that the solution is good. Keith goes right into the sales pitch for the product and the refillable bottle of solution. I’m all in…never been offered the product before (works great on car floor mats by the way).

All in all, I compliment your company, and in particular Keith Keilholz. What a great professional, and human being. Never been able to say that I enjoyed having someone cleaning my carpets. But I honestly did. Thank you Keith, Thank you Zerorez AZ. I’ll be requesting Keith next time.

Price is great, service is better. Appointments are easy to make and things get done quickly. Quality of work has been spectacular both times I have used Zerorez!

Convenience,options and price.

Your company always calls two days before the day of service to narrow down the time the technician will be coming. The carpet I have is old, but each time I have had it cleaned by Zerorez, they make it look like new again. I keep thinking I need new carpet, but they clean it so well I have been able to put off purchasing new flooring for over two years now. Your technicians are always friendly, efficient, on time and very professional.

The tech. was very professional & helpful. Arrived within the stated time frame. Carpets are soft and clean, no stickiness. We had a very bad pet area and the tech stated that there would be no guarantees on that which I totally understood. It is much better than it was. We will be making a future appointment to have this done on a more regular basis. We were very satisfied.
