2 things: the simplicity of your service and the integrity with which you provide it. It's definitely more expensive than anyone else's carpet cleaning services that I've used, but it's better and simpler. I love the way my carpets look and feel after your cleaning is done. In the past, carpet cleaning services I've used have been a little sloppy, a little unprofessional, and a little unsatisfactory: they always left my carpets feeling stiff and gunky. With your services, my carpets become softer, cleaner, and gunk-free.
The service technicians were outstanding! Very professional, extremely thorough and super detail oriented. This is by far the best carpet cleaning we've ever had in the 6 years we've lived in our home. I love that there is zero chemical used to clean. It's shocking how fast it cleans too! I've already told my 2 sisters and husband that I only want Zerorez cleaning my carpets!
