I was led to beleave that there might be a slight up charge if they had to retreat my carpet for pet stain and they were told up front that we had some they did not tell me that it would more than double the price, and when I called the customer service specialist was only concerned that an adult was her and authorized it which there was ( my wife ) so I am stuck for the up charge OK that fine. 1st off If I had been home I would have sent your cleaner out the door. 2nd I hope you injoy the 120.00 extra they charged because you will never get another dime from me and I am going to tell everyone I know or even here of to stay away from your company and every chance I get I will write a Review of how you operate. So in the long run I am going to cost you a whole lot more than that 120.00 oh and trust me I deal with a very large number of people. Dave Last name removed

When you have a technician that has called out sick the customer should be notified. Especially if the customer is the 1st time slot of the morning as I was. Someone did finally show up but only because I called at 10:30 & my slot was 8 - 10 AM.

The quality of the cleaning was amazing. I had no idea the grout could go from black to tan in a matter of seconds! I also liked that the carpet dried (wasn't even really wet) very quickly. Last but certainly not least Eddie, our technician was AMAZING!!
Carpet was as dirty/stained afterward as before. Wasted $133.

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because no one will believe the difference in our carpet. I was amazed that they were able to get all the stains and spots out of our teenagers bedroom carpet.

I had my carpet cleaned and purchased a 2 1/2 gallon of the cleaning solution. I started to panic when I was down to the bottom of my spray bottle. I shared my experience with a co-worker and was trilled when My co-worker and I were able to order another contain each and had it delivered for a reasonable delivery fee the next day at work. Awesome!!
