The products did their job, and my service technicians were timely, polite and effective.
They did a decent job and carpet was not to wet and dried quickly
There were some spots on the carpet that the tech said wouldn't come out, but when I got down and cleaned them they came out fine. The pre treatment could be a little more thorough.

I do like that you rectified the issue Jon was very knowledgeable on your products however very disappointed on the commercial that you could take the dog urine and smell out because this is not the case . If a person doesnt have animals yes i would recommend but taking dog urine out of the carpert is not going to happen and would have made you guys stand out from your competition . I will not use you guys again because the last company i used at least made the smell go away fro weeks where now it just brought up the smell . Jon is a good tech .
