I loved the way my carpets looked after the cleaning and also the feel. No crunching like a lot of cleaners. They just look great and Kevin was extremely nice and professional and walked me through each step of the cleaning process. I will highly recommend your company.
They did a great job on our 13 year old carpet and tile in two sessions. We've used them previously and will use them again. What more can be said?
the techs always seem upfront and don't try to over sell the product also this last visit the tech took the time to do a great job
Advertising is misleading.Does not state that if the rooms are over a certain sq ft you will be charged more.
Friendly staff, excellent results, no chemical smell, quick drying. Very satisfied with the service and result. I'd definitely recommend to a friend... only problem is it's not that often that I'm asked for carpet/upholstery cleaning recommendations. But if I hear of someone in need, I'll certainly recommend Zerorez.
No harsh chemicals are used.
No hard chemicals. I have a disabled son that is on the rug a lot. It was good to know your product wouldn't hurt him.

It wasn't done properly the 1st time around but the last time you came out I was happier. I'm just not sure the actual product works as well as the other cleaners out there. Spots stayed in where a regular clean would have gotten it out typically

My carpets came out nice cleaned but I noticed that I had more than a few runners in the carpet where the yarn had been pulled. I have a full 7 inch row missing in my carpet.

the term "special water" seems odd when the tech's repeat it so often. just seems weird.

I love there are no toxic chemicals used or residues left behind. I am very health conscious and this is another way to make a healthy choice. I get excellent service and each technician has been very friendly and detail oriented. I even loved when the big hose was coming through the front door the technician closed the front door as far as he could because the A/C was running in the house.
