The carpets are not clean in all area's and the area's I wanted clean look the same. Very Very Very DISAPPOINTED !!!!! Plus there are spots on my rugs I never had before. You must CORRECT the problem !!!!!

Tech was awesome and explained a lot, but I had to go over my carpets again three times and still smells like urine. Will try once more at the end of August

The carpets were very clean and he actually got a cat urine stain out that we had tried everything to get out. He was also very nice and and informative. I will definitive recommend him again and use you again. :-)
I've had you out twice since moving to AZ and I like the fact there is no soap residue in the carpets. When I call to make an appt. I get it right away, now waiting and the service techs are very respectful. Preston is a really nice guy and worked really hard even at 6 PM on a Friday night.

I have had zerorez here twice and am very happy with carpet and tile.. The techs really make the name and products good because they take there time and really clean. The first young man I think his name was brian,he is why I called again. This time we had Joseph. Very good, knows his products makes sure everything is done well, took the time needed to make sure nothing was missed;
