From my first phone call I was impressed with how professional and courteous the people representing Zerorez are. Scheduling was easy and the follow up calls, including call to say "techs will be there in approximately 15 minutes" were greatly appreciated! And each time, the person making the call was pleasant, polite and professional! (Certainly a cut above numerous businesses today who have no idea what "professional" or "courtesy" might mean!) Upon arrival, I was made aware of a very reasonable "special" on tile cleaning and advised that it could be done during my scheduled visit (there was no pressure to do same, just advice of the ongoing "special")! The product was demonstrated and I was "sold"! "Eric" (forgive me if I have not remembered your name correctly) and "Casey" were extremely pleasant and helpful. The job was done quickly and professionally and I was truly amazed at how affective this product was, and the fact that it is GREEN! Casey demonstrated how this product is a multipurpose product and again I was impressed with the results. Of course the product is also for sale and of course, after seeing the results, I am now the proud owner and user of same! My carpeting is aged (like the writer!) and I have pets and quite honestly, I did not expect the carpeting to clean up very well. I was extremely surprised and delighted to see that Zerorez made it, and the tiles in my home, look almost like new (like having a face lift for my carpeting!). I was also pleased and impressed with the reasonable prices - particularly in this economy. They do I great job of cleaning and are environmentally safe

I like the service man that did the job and my rugs look very good and I will have you back again.

The lack of chemicals or soaps, no odors as the carpets dry to a regular carpet feel. No hard or crunchy feel to carpet s after they dry.

Got red chalk out of my carpet, technician worked extremely hard to get the whole carpet clean. I waited till the carpet was completely dry before evaluating and it came out better than expected.

The product was great and the customer service was well above average. The gentlemen that came out to do the cleaning, Michael, was on top of his game. I hope all the employees are just like him.

The representative was very detailed oriented. He went over billing before he did the work. I felt comfortable with him being in my home. He explained what he was doing and why.

Less "upselling" of other services and products when requested to come in to a home to do routine cleaning. Service Reps were very professional and did a great job. Quite pricey for what I had done.

When I called in, I explained that we had just had our family room cleaned by your company within the last couple of months, but since then I spilled a gatorade in one spot and we had 2 other areas where our puppy had thrown up. I was quoted $54.00 to just clean those 3 spots. When Tyrone arrived, he was not aware of the quote and called in for clarification. Apparently, he had not looked at his call information closely enough, because it did say $54.00. Then we had long, confusing discussions about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. I needed to get to work, so I asked him if he couldn't, at least get started and we would figure out the cost as we went along. The gatorade stain took a lot of work with cloths and an iron, but he got it out. He managed to get us up to paying about $164.00. He insisted on cleaning about 2/3 of the whole area with your standard procedure, even though we told him we just expected the spots to be cleaned. We are planning to replace this carpeting with very good quality carpet with stain guard and we really didn't want to put this much money into cleaning it again. Tyrone was very courteous, respectful and pleasant. However, it was obvious that he has been trained to upgrade what he was doing to add cost. I feel like the amount we paid was worth the work he did, but we really didn't want as much work done as he talked us into. The results were amazing, because the spots seem to be gone, but we probably wouldn't have you back out if we get more stained spots. We would expect to get manipulated again to spend more than we wanted to and it would be better to clean the spots ourselves, as well as we can, until we replace the carpet with new.

I work for Hobaica Services, a 62 year old HVAC company and I'm a Comfort Specialist. I'm in people's homes everyday, selling them new air conditioning systems. We also ask for Raving Fans and that's why I took the time to explain our experience. Tyrone is a valuable asset to your company, but when a price is quoted for services, as in our case, then he should be more aware of the agreement and he should do what the customer wants, instead of trying so hard to upgrade. If he had come in and just cleaned those 3 spots, he could have been out of here in much less time and we would have been more satisfied.
