Dries fast and doesn't leave residue
No residue...great service! Very happy without latest service.

The technician worked very hard to clean and remove ground in stains . as he finished each room I was asked to checkit out to be sure iI was satisfied. He was very professional.

Zerorez customer contact process was excellent. When was the last time you had a vendor which called you to confirm and then called you 15 minutes prior to arrival. VERY helpful.The technicians were very professional and yet friendly. The cleaning process was very efficient and I like the "no harmful" chemicals to protect the environment. We are very satisfied.

Overall our floors/grout came out sparkling clean and the tech, Jason was a super nice guy. I do have a few concerns.
There are some places that appear to have been totally missed.
Some of the places he said would not come clean, I feel like could have been with a little elbow grease.
In the areas adjacent that weren't cleaned such as our office wood floors, there is a good amount of over spray on the floor and desk. I believe he should have taken the time to clean these areas up and complete the job 100%.
Lastly, Jason told us that the grout sealer he applied would not be visible once dried. However, we can see it in every line of the tiles like a wax on the perimeter of each.
Good job but far from the $400.00 we paid for it. If you would like, I can take pictures of the areas of concern or, you can send another tech out to address them.
The technicians are very careful with my furniture. They make sure I check out the rooms before they put the equipment away. My rugs are clean!!
The staff is nice and our cleaner was awesome and knowledgeable. My only concern is I paid extra money for deep clean BC my dogs mudded up a huge spot. Its only been a few days and that spot is reappearing.
The carpet just a day or two after the cleaning is already looking dirty. We had the same problem on our first time using Zerorez. It seems as though the cleaning carpets had removed any sort coating that prevented the carpet getting dirty. I have never seen my carpet get so dirty so quickly after cleaning. I am going to get away from the empowered water and go back to the original method, it appears to keep my carpets looking cleaner for a longer.

The tech is very professional and the carpets turned out better than I thought they would.
The kitchen and hall were good and two of the bedrooms were very good, but the master bedroom looked soiled after he had cleaned it. And it wasn't the worst area.
