I think you do a great job. But I have asked 3 times for a receipt and I haven't received one. Hopefully someone is reading this!!
The service was excellent. The serviceman was very accommodating and though. I was impressed by his faith in his cleaning process--the floors look wonderful.
There was no odor and everything (carpets, tile and grout) came out so clean. Above that Craig arrived with polished shoes, pressed and tucked in shirt. He explained every detail and worked very hard. Being female and home alone I never felt uncomfortable. I already have told at least 10 people how happy I am. When doing the rest of my home I can only hope I get Craig again. Thank you

The only negative point is that the cleaning solution left on the tile left it sticky. I had to mop it, as it left it dull and tacky. Otherwise the carpets looked great

Every person I've talked with at zerorez is professional, kind, and personable. No one pushes any services on you, and they don't make you feel bad if you decide not to go with a certain service. My carpet turns out wonderful each and everytime I have your company out to clean them. And the tile/grout work was amazing. My microfiber couch turned out wonderful after it was cleaned by zerorez too!

Our carpets have never looked this good. The tile hasn't looked this good since it was installed.
Last visit the water was so dirty it left my carpet dirty and the tile floors had a grey dirty film as well as the carpet. I Had To Reclean my floors. Worst experience ever. Very disappointing.
The Zerorez process really cleaned my carpets and ceramic tile. I like that they have the grout sealer to keep my grout clean. Casey did an excellent job. She is very personable and answered all my questions.
Our tech Buddy was AMAZING!!!! He was honest, informative and truely worked magic on our trashed rental property.

The cleaning job was fantastic. I thought for sure we would still see some of our traffic areas but they all cleaned up nicely. Our service technician was great, he was friendly and professional and did an excellent job.
When cleaning grout, spend more time along baseboards.
