My carpet is sticky and my vacuum cleaner pulls very hard across the carpet. I white powdery substance fills my canister each time I vacuum!! Your rep is coming out Tuesday but I am afraid to have him redo our carpets for fear the same thing will happen again. The white substance appears to be some type of sodium hydroxide?? When the rep comes I will have him vacuum and see what I am talking about. I may just request a refund and go elsewhere for proper cleaning.

No push to add unneeded services. The technician was courteous and a good worker.

The notification of 2 hour time frame and further notification when tech was en route was excellent.
No chemicals and no odor. We have porcelain tile (travertine, pitted) that holds a lot of dirt and is difficult to keep clean. The ZeroRez technician made it look new. I will have them back in a year to do it again.
The stains on the room with carpet were not removed completely.

My tile flooring looks amazing!! I like that the products used are chemical free. The service techs were friendly and really knew the product and process. They clearly believe in it as well.
Our carpets look amazing. We had some bad places and the dirtier places all came clean. Your prices are reasonable, in fact better than most places. I have had Zerorez once before and I was surprised at how long my carpet stayed clean.

Everyone I spoke with was so very friendly! I got an appointment within a couple days, and the carpets were thoroughly cleaned! I have no complaints about using ZeroRez, and will definitely call again when I need more cleaning done!
Called ahead to see if you could come earlier, which we had no problem with. Nick and Gerald were VERY Professional when explaining the service. Love the idea of not using harsh chemicals. Looks great after drying......
