I think what I liked best was the professionalism of the staff. They called ahead to confirm, they showed up on time, it was a marked vehicle, he wore a uniform, and he was an all around nice guy. Really gave me a sense of trust.
I had my carpets and floor tile cleaned Sept. 29th by Craig Krienke. My carpets looked good but after he left and my floors dried all I could see were his foot prints on other marks on the floor. I was not happy after spending $367.00. I called the following morning and the Customer Service dept. rescheduled another cleaning for Fri. Oct. 3rd. She assured me that it would be corrected. Kevin came and rebuffed the floors and removed all the marks and then dried the floors with a drier which was not done the first time. We found a few more areas that he had to do again but the floor then looked great. Unfortunately some of my neighbors saw the first result and they were not impressed with the work. Apparently the material that is put on first to loosen up soil was not properly removed by Craig.
I am pleased with the floors now but had to go thru the same process preparing the rooms again. Barb Last name removed

The process took all past residue out of the carpet so stains don't reappear. The tile floor looks great.
Very prompt service for my emergency - polite, professional & no chemical odors.
Our rugs are almost ten years old and we have a spaniel. Put the two together and you have some terrible spots and dirty high traffic areas. Zerorez left our rugs looking brand new! We were amazed! In addition the staff was excellent. He was friendly and efficient.
I didn't think my carpets could come as clean as you got them to. I love how soft they feel after, no hard soap residue left over

The gentleman who came was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
It was very quick and looks awesome, we'll see how it holds up with everyday wear, the cleaning gentleman was very good and thorough.
I love it because there is no residue left like other cleaners. The people are very professional and courteous.
I must say though, the carpet in the living room right in front of the couch and out to the hall aren't as clean as I hoped.
I haven't even worn shoes in the house because I don't want to dirty the carpet. You can still see in front of the couch especially, it isn't clean, I don't think.

My tile looks brand new.
I did not see any difference in how clean my carpet got compared to doing it my self with the rugdoctor. At $143 I thought it would look a whole lot better and the stains in my carpet removed. At lease I know I can do it myself and have the same results.
My carpets handle a lot of foot traffic and zerorez gets them cleaner than other carpet services
Very professional. Loved the tile cleaning. Disappointed that the red wine stain didn't come out of the carpet especially since the commercial on 94.5 specifically references red wine stains.
The carpets are very clean and they were dry within 6 hours. And the wool area rugs look better, smell better and are soft to walk on.
My carpet is cleaner, and stays cleaner longer.
Kieth was very nice. He let me know what was going on. I also loved how all the corners were protected. Another great thing is that they didn't need to use my water or light. This was awesome since I had just moved in.
No chemicals, that's the biggest draw. Pleasant representative. Nice person on the phone to schedule the appointment.

The guys you sent were great and they did a great job in the floor but they left a big mess on my freshly painted walls and stainless freezer doors. I now have hand prints all over my walls doors and the freezer doors look terrible.
