Tech was great. Arrived on time and went right to work. Didn't try to smooth talk me or sell me a bunch of BS I didn't need. Great work.

Your system cleans the carpets very well removing most stains.
The carpet looks great but the tile grout looks the same as when you walked in and looks the same as the areas in the bathroom and laundry room that you did not treat. I feel like I paid $60 to have my kitchen floor mopped and I could get a lot more than my kitchen floor mopped for $60 at a place like Merry Maids. Dylan kept saying it would lighten as it dried. It has been two days and it is no lighter. I was also confused by his offer to seal the grout when it was wet (and still dirty) as it would have remained the darkest possible color which was what I did not like. Can someone else come out and look at the tile? I put plain warm water on the grout and used a small scrub brush and turned a paper towel black in about 5 minutes time. Not at all happy with the tile results.

Disappointed in the fact that we were told about extra cost after arrival of tech, tech had us initial paperwork after treated saying spots might come back, tech said we needed a fan after already soaked carpet then said you rent one for $40. Had to go to four stores to get fan and waste hours of time to do so as fans are now out of season in AZ. Was told $316 or $360 depending on size of basement, expected to pay this and paid $575.00. I could have replaced carpet in a couple of rooms for this cost. House now smells of pet odor after brought up by cleaner, carpet looks dingy still, would have told tech to leave after found out cost increase but my wife was there and did not know about original quote.
Zerorez really cleans your carpet and leaves it fresh without any chemical residue. Every service person they have sent is very professional. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaner.

I like the fact that there are no soaps or other chemicals used in the cleaning process. Our technician, Ryan Beurskens, did a great job. He arrived on the scheduled time and explained the entire process before starting. Thanks.
Technician was great very personable, and did a nice job on the carpet.
The only negative was 250 s/f per room charge, we only had him mainly do the traffic areas with one room a little over 250 s/f while the other 2 rooms were well under but still got charged the higher price. (I measured before hand ).
My carpets look beautiful and the technition was wonderful. He explained all about the process. I will definitely use you again and will recommend you to my friends.

Some of the spots that were gone when the technician finished are back. The technician seemed to rush through the job and when he left, there were large spots on the carpet that were wet for 36+ hours even with us running fans on them. The carpet looked good when he finished, but within a couple days it was not looking so good. At first we were amazed that he could complete the carpet that was cleaned so fast but then quickly realized that it may be because he cut corners. This was our first time using Zerorez after hearing all about it on the radio. We were excited to try something new but were hoping for better results. Unfortunately for Zerorez, the product may be excellent, but the execution I believe is what was lacking.

Your price point is 80% over market pricing, the self-proclaimed lasting results of cannot be seen for at least 3 months minimum yet the survey was administered immediately after service, the survey should come later for a more accurate response to this question. Additionally, the entryway by the door has a funny yellow section right by the door that wasn't there before but the rest of the house looked great, even a tough spot in one of the bedrooms.

Did a great job of cleaning our carpet that had not been cleaned in years. Very impressed with our technician as he was very detailed and explained everything. Product was great as it left the carpet feeling soft after it dried. We will be scheduling another cleaning for the rest of our home after the holidays.
Eric was very prompt for the appt. He seemed very knowledgeable of the carpet cleaning process. It was an overall fantastic experience. My wife is very happy with our carpets.
